Navoday schools are pvt? Bsnl serving in the remotest and the places where pvt service provider will never go same with govt banks

My bsnl land line number is 02172391525, I use broadband service of only bsnl. It is very difficult to reach bsnl customer care number. From yesterday broadband is not working. Is it because of my tweet ☺
