    @CMDBSNL BSNL shame Despite TRAI GUIDLEINES AND dot GUIDLEINES , cal divert services are default disabled on BSNL and not enabled by the operator even after calling customer care or visiting the CSC BSNL keeps on giving docket number and closes them as per their whims

    @BSNLCorporate I am not getting this vowifi service of BSNL ,but my smartphone is eligible for this and getting vowifi service of all operators jio vi airtel but not of BSNL ,my device is oppo reno 12 5g, please roll out for all smartphone universally like other operaters ASAP

    How long will it take for BSNL to active it's own prepaid customer's SIM to activate? If BSNL is not capable of handling postpaid then why does it even offer such kind of service and for that why a person with only one SIM like me will suffer? (2/2)

    @BSNLCorporate All service providers across industries who seek feedback over IVR calls keep 1 for poor and 5 for excellent. But you have cleverly reversed it. Stop such ***** tricks to slyly get 'excellent' feedback. You know how good your services are ! #BSNL

    And I also recharged my plan i.e 736 for this month..my experience with bsnl broadband is so bad and the workers are so arrogant.

    Dear BSNL, No resolution since 6/7 days You too would have been fed up with my complaint & I too by complaining again and again but solution lies with you & to get red off of me just disconnect or block my Sim so I can port to another telecom co.Thanks & Regards
