    @bsnl_care I have been receiving bsnl bills without fail every month however the helpline number doesn't work, my landline isn't working either hence I'm not paying the bills as there's no service.

    @BSNLCorporate my 86y dad has a BSNL landline which has been dead for 6m, yet he has been forced to pay bills, threatened with legal notice otherwise. repeatedly asked to repair but to no avail. pathetic how BSNL treating our senior citizens @JM_Scindia @DoT_India please help🙏

    @ViCustomerCare for the past 1 month I have been reporting an issue saying I am not able to dial any toll free numbers. Ex: 18004444(bsnl) 18602676060(tatacapital) , 1909(DnD from trai). Nobody seem to understand or willing to fix. Help!!!

    Got a complaint closure message today, but nothing has improved. Network is still pathetic — 'H' at times, no signal at all. Seems the engineers failed to detect the issue. Pure negligence and inefficiency! #BSNL #NetworkIssue

    @bsnl_care 100 days — still poor BSNL network. No calls. No data. ZERO service. 📍 Cosmos Legend, Chikhal Dongre Road, Global City, Virar West – 401303 @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care this is the worst telecom experience ever. No resolution, only false promises.
