    Hi @BSNLCorporate ,@cgm_mh_bsnl I've been trying to disconnect my BSNL fibre connection for one month. No support from customer care, not a smooth process to disconnect the connection. From now on I won't pay the bill so at least that way you'll disconnect it.

    @EntertainersAce I missed the launch of Tower of Fantasy cause of then, i have to waste hours in queue in tof cause the last time I reach the end of the queue, the ******* internet would die for no ******* reason, like FFS just let me play tower of fantasy, BSNL. It annoys the crap out of me

    @ishafoundation BSNL is a ****** service provider, even I faced huge bill many years ago and cancelled the connection immediately, I was devastated at that time.

    If Bsnl remain as people over profit, strategic,service provider, market stabilizer, test bed for new tech run by elite dot officers then ensure viabilty .better to revert bsnl back as official Dot. corporatisation in paper was failed policy of nda not employees @AshwiniVaishnaw

    BSNL doesnt work. Knew it , tried it many times, failed to get deposit refund, yet went back for more. Works for the time that the govt dole out lasts, after that maint stops and nobody listens to your problem. Disconnection is not easy and the bills keep coming and coming.

    @ravishil @AshwiniVaishnaw @ETTelecom If new technology like 4G/5G and reliable optical fiber networks not provided to BSNL, how any can perfom. Private operators spent more than 2 lac cr. rupees on their network taking loan from banks and also not paying these loan.

    @nagadhiraja9 @zurakoutaro Depends on network connection you are using. Vodafone Idea BSNL are world famous in getting sucked while receiving OTPs.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Sir, BSNL Selfcare app is not working, Actually firstly i was trying to login, the app itself not opening and with other mobile plan is not reflecting. Once i entered into the recharge coloum, it was showing mobile number is not vaild.

    @Arvindchhimpa3 @BSNL_RJ @PMOIndia Sir, BSNL sim is not swapped in other Circle,BSNL sim is swapped in same Circle, which in reside Circle but Other operator sim is swapped, not issue in other operator, don't justice for BSNL customers.
