@BSNLCorporate I recently surrendered my BSNL internet connection and honestly the lack of of will to retain the customer surprised me . Not once did the representative ask me the reason or issue and try to resolve it . Goes to show why BSNL is doing so bad!! #BSNL

@GetOneCardIN You guys are slower than BSNL man. I have been trying to get that video kyc done and the agents are never available even if I preschedule. Meanwhile I have gotten two other cc made and delivered by @sliceit_ and @cards_uni One Card is slow af 😑😑😑😑😑

@BSNLCorporate Please privatize the BSNL as earliest before it gets too late. Hiring people with huge qualifications and giving out the hefty package with not work to survive BSNL until the service gets improved.

@TRAI @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence My airtel number was about to hack. BSNL no too. But airtel is so careless that even I'm a postpaid member, they didn't respond to my message. The issue was serious though. Rubbish airtel. I'm disappointed. I'll leave soon.

@reliancejio Very sad with jio mobile service. I switched from bsnl to jio 4 days over till date not activated. Customer care response Pl wate 2 more days . All verification done on 20 Jan and assurance given by jio it will activate in 24 to 48 HR which is already passed.
