    I am calling bsnl broadband customer service from yesterday but from there I am getting very disappointing reply. No one is listening in any way. As soon as anybody pick up the call, put it on the call hold. Never seen such bad service. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir we are facing a lot in Titwala and there are many subscribers who have approached BSNL office they said they can't help as they have contractual staff and non of them are bother as on roll staff are retired and they directly say withdraw your connection pls help us

    @TelecomTalk I'm using bsnl as a main number but I'm facing some problems that bsnl need to fix... 1) network issue 2) due to this call quality is poor 3) 4g not available everywhere. So I have to switch to my secondary network it I travelling outstation.. Hope they'll fix it

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate When I talked to the local BSNL JTO, he blames some pipeline workers are doing works and cables are being cut. How unreliable can you be?? Please give a permanent solution for this internet problem in Shaktinagr area

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Worst customer service. Pathetic technical team. tel no. 080 29536332 Gave telephone and FTTH shifting request on May 9. Even after many visits and follow up with BSNL office, Still the status is in Progress.

    @kadir_KGP @annamalai_k Is it brother? Then why there was a delay in providing 3G service to BSNL compared to other private player when the Minstry of Telecommunication was with DMK members?
