@sephali29panda1 Sir, At present, it is not feasible to provide FTTH connection at the premises of subscriber and also the air distance from the subscriber premises is more than 1 km from nearest BSNL tower, therefore subscriber is not getting proper 3G signal.

@BSNLCorporate The biggest problem with BSNL is that 4G of BSNL is not available everywhere in India. Being a cheap plan of BSNL does not mean that it provides very good service.

If u recharge twice on same day for the same phone, Government owned BSNL gives u one set of services only. Your second recharge goes in vain, while BSNL enriches itself at consumers' cost. What the private service providers do in similar situation?
