    @JioCare Has been 108 hrs since recharge & 84 hrs since lodging complaint. Don't know abt internet speed bt Jio is giving tough competition to BSNL in slow grievance redressal.

    In 2019, i went to a #BSNL office for sim replacement and they charged Rs.120/- when i told private network Idea charged just Rs.20 for sim replacement. The reply from Employee “This is government network which never close and those private network might close anytime”

    @BSNLCorporate @MP_BSNL i try to recharge Prepaid 9406618811 through Bsnl website but unable to recharge. "Transaction Failed due to Invalid Service Class" error occur. Please resolve the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate This happens all over kerala and with all bsnl numbers. The network only improves at night time after 12 am. So r we supposed to use Internet only at night?

    @BSNL_OR Hi @BSNL_OR still my plan not resolved. I have taken a plan of 100mbps, but I'm getting a speed of 2mbps only on BSNL FTTH connection. Shame on @BSNLCorporate..you guyzz are not listening to customer problem at all I'm paying a bill every month but not getting what i pay for
