    @lalitgrateful Very fair point, but duopoly after prices crashed is still better than an oligopoly before Jio at 1₹/min. The real issue is that BSNL collapse. If govts (UPA or NDA) had properly invested in BSNL post2016, we'd have a strong 3rd player right now, and no duopoly. The problem isn't Jio's success, it's government failure..... I think so..

    @neopalmtree01 @bsnl_care Government Brands Like BSNL now has good service.use that. I actually switched from Jio to BSNL. BSNL still has a lot to improve, but they are doing good Meanwhile, some Indian car brands don't have good service, but some other brands like Mahindra have very good service.

    @Ramanand06X @BSNLCorporate BSNL does not have 5G yet s far as I know. But their 4G service is really good and still getting better. I have 3 BSNL SIM for me and my wife.

    @SidharthKourav BSNL service is good..You can directly talk to their employees or book complaint online or visit their office and they will respond & resolve issues service related but Only issue is bsnl don’t hv sufficient4G towers to cover all areas. Wherever available there 4G working fine.

    @soamjena And BSNL isn't upto the mark too. It's terrible. End users don't have much options apart from Jio and Airtel.
