@BaluGorade In my city we have MTNL although their plans are attractive, they really need to work on their overall service quality moreover BSNL/MTNL can give private operators a run for their money however red tapism is their biggest obstacle.

@BaluGorade Indoor coverage stops me from using BSNL. Further it's internet speed is the worst.
