    @prabhatkhabar @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR What's the Benefits ? In Purnea Bihar main City Mobile Network signals is not available. #BSNL - Bhai Sahab Nahi Lagega. First of all improve your area network signal strength then reduce your price. So that people will buy your plan and services.

    Dear BSNL Kindly solve the issue of terrible internet speed for those who have recharged and helped you by doing so during this epidemic. I own 9525874626 at Purnea, Bihar and from 27/03/2020, internet is not working at all. I'm tweeting u daily bt no positive response till nw.

    @BSNL_BR recently I ported out from jio to BSNL. But I am so to say I regret on my decision. At my location there is network issue, call drop. 2G internet. customer care not reachable. I am not complaining but you need to improve .

    It seems @BSNLCorporate stopped responding my tweets about poor Internet Speed in Purnea, Bihar. Is this a kind of service, we expect from a company who was about to shutdown. On the name of Patriotism, we continued using BSNL Sims. But now, it seems, it is a time for change.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR not a single network of bsnl in our village area from last 1yr. I complaint many times but nothing happens. U r launching 4G but first improve at least 2G connectivity in rural areas. State - Bihar, district- E. Champaran, block - patahi,vill -Patti Bokane

    BSNL has gotten patent for providing the slowest 3G internet and very poor customer service. I am from alwar i purchase 599 plan for study. But now i think why i choose bsnl. many times i complaint for slow speed. Congratulations @BSNL_RJ @bsnlrajasthan @BSNLCorporate

    @PMOIndia @narendramodi @TataCompanies Why don't PMO think of BSNL ? If he is thinking then why the service is wrost they are making intentionally BSNL loss making company after that they will show data and they will sell like AIR India. #SaveBSNL

    @BakBak2122 @Tajuddin_Mohad @rupagulab Recently, a friend moved from Airtel to BSNL. He paid cash Rs 410 at an Airtel outlet in Pune; they didn't issue a receipt. Instead, they said "You'll receive a SMS". The SMS recd was about something else.A month later, BSNL messaged him to settle the Airtel bill. He paid again.

    @rupagulab Vodafone is a criminal organization. I moved both my cell numbers to BSNL only because Vodafone brazenly used criminal methods to register both numbers with ICICI Bank's M-Pesa mobile banking, without my knowledge and consent. First incident about 10 years ago, and next in 2018.
