  It seems @BSNLCorporate stopped responding my tweets about poor Internet Speed in Purnea, Bihar. Is this a kind of service, we expect from a company who was about to shutdown. On the name of Patriotism, we continued using BSNL Sims. But now, it seems, it is a time for change.

  @BSNL_BR recently I ported out from jio to BSNL. But I am so to say I regret on my decision. At my location there is network issue, call drop. 2G internet. customer care not reachable. I am not complaining but you need to improve .

  @IndianTechGuide BSNL is good for their employees as they get their salaries to do nothing. Poor service and rude staff behaviour. It’s sad to say but BSNL fails in every aspect.

  @SSimrann26 @IndianTechGuide Connectivity is only problem with BSNL, I had it for around 1.5 years ,but faced too many issue with consistent network speed and even for somedays it just didn't work . Had to switch to airtel .

  @airtelindia its 5th day there is no signal in entire Chamba district. All other network like BSNL jio restored in 2nd. There is still zero hope from airtel. 😡😡😡

  @bsnl_care Public should stay away from bsnl as complaint raised by customers is closed without resolving the issue. complaint number 114130391,114148491closed without resolving the issue. Remarks:worst service provider
