@BSNL_BR recently I ported out from jio to BSNL. But I am so to say I regret on my decision. At my location there is network issue, call drop. 2G internet. customer care not reachable. I am not complaining but you need to improve .

@prabhatkhabar @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR What's the Benefits ? In Purnea Bihar main City Mobile Network signals is not available. #BSNL - Bhai Sahab Nahi Lagega. First of all improve your area network signal strength then reduce your price. So that people will buy your plan and services.

It seems @BSNLCorporate stopped responding my tweets about poor Internet Speed in Purnea, Bihar. Is this a kind of service, we expect from a company who was about to shutdown. On the name of Patriotism, we continued using BSNL Sims. But now, it seems, it is a time for change.

@BSNLCorporate This feels like a Scam to us when BSNL sells their 4g labeled sim cards to the customers and there are no 4g network from BSNL and even their 3g is soo bad that it works like 2g, can't browse web and can't pay online. i feel i should get my previous recharges back.

@BSNLCorporate FROM 21/5/2022 TO TILL NOW AT NANDAKUMAR WEST BENGAL PIN - 721632. 24 hours BSNL HAS no phone connection. If BSNL cannot provide SERVICE then the government should close down BSNL company. MOBILE acts as a medium of communication in the life of each of us.
