I request @BSNLCorporate to switch on your 3G/4G towers which have switched off since 27/03/2020. Here, we are getting only 2G-EDGE network and you know that how terrible your interest speed on such networks. My BSNL No. 9525874626 in Purnea, Bihar. @DoT_India @CMDBSNL @BSNL_BR

Dear BSNL Kindly solve the issue of terrible internet speed for those who have recharged and helped you by doing so during this epidemic. I own 9525874626 at Purnea, Bihar and from 27/03/2020, internet is not working at all. I'm tweeting u daily bt no positive response till nw.

@ViCustomerCare I was a customer of airtel postpaid there I uses 5 lines in 999. I m happy there. But vi sales team told us we provided u same plan and better coverage. But in actual they misguided and network is like BSNL. # SCAM IN VI POSTPAID PLAN

@BSNLCorporate I am in Hyderabad. I did first recharged of 108. I recharged sms pack of Rs 31 using BSNL app but Customer care told me that it not valid pack! Please let ne know what is the minimum recharge needed for sending sms. customer care keeps giving different answer.
