    Hello @BSNLCorporate My bsnl number 9525874626 has network problem and also poor Internet Speed in Purnea, Bihar since 27/03/2020. Getting no response on 1503. Kindly help.

    @BSNLCorporate 05282 -298216 BSNL staff is highly incompetent and won't able to resolve single issues. They charged me 4000 rupees for installation and giving **** services from last two years.

    @BSNLCorporate @amazonpay First upgrade your 3g to 4g network sometimes working 2g network worst, what's going on BSNL, already other's network provide 5g service you stick on still 2g and 3g service and please improve customer support service's 🙏

    @BSNL_KTK 2 years ago 365Rs 365 days validity and 60 days unlimited calls with 2 GB data, but now even for 797 we are not getting that, with worst data speed, soon BSNL will be in LOSS against govt will release revival package from out taxes. Better to close BSNL let private players make $

After that we buy a new sim and recharge it through amazonpay Don't try to make a joke of service provider which is more popular asnd now a days it's like cheetah which are brought to India from Africa You have to make BSNL service available first

    I got a call from the customer care, Gurgaon that due to an AMC issue 2G network is not available in Gurgaon area and I need 3G phone to get the network which I don't use. Is this the way BSNL provides services to the customer.

    @BSNL_OR Sir bsnl network of Sunki koraput Odisha is very pathetic it comes for few day and vanish for more day. I am tweeting it since a year . Why central govt is not changing policy to give all departmental sim to oter telecom company already 4 to 5 states have change this
