@pavan_kantri143 @bsnl_ap_circle You are holding the right of a customer to go to other network through MNP. We are thinking it is a strategy planned by BSNL to protect their customers to go away. This kind of situation arises none of the customers will be with BSNL Very bad customer service.

@BSNL_KOTD I m a BSNL Broadband user from 29/H/13/1, Kolkata 700002. My telephone and internet is disconnected from a week.Your employees don't fix it even after complaining.The complain was booked before lockdown i.e before 16th may 2021.I hope u do something to this.its urgent

@TRAI Bsnl not solving slow internet speed issue with H+ average 50kbps. I had complaint at 23 April 9PM but problem is not resolved yet, Complaint Number: d2304002113. What can I do rather than waiting. It seems like Bsnl is cheating as they said 3g speed and 50kbps is not 3G speed.
