    @BSNL_BR @TRAI Dear bsnl, i am using your prepaid mobile service and recharging with 4g voice and data packs but getting either 2g or 3g service that too very slow. So it is very inappropriate to provide 2g/3g service with recharge of 4g. Please resolve.

    @JioCare What type of combintion .your company Always copy and paste same thing.worst company.bsnl 3g is better than jio 4g.

    @BSNLCorporate it's very unfortunate that when u pay the bill ur internet not start working , one basic feature is not there in BSNL billing system my number is 01712973239 @CMDBSNL my internet is down

    At least 3-4 days every month @RailtelRailwire @RailTel internet services are not available. This is really sad state of affairs as I have to spend extra 300-500 rupees for buying Jio and BSNL data packs for emergency situation. City - Korba (C.G.), Pin - 495677 @RailTel
