@BSNL_OR Non provision of changing service under BSNL self care portal compelled me to opt National portal to surrender my BB service in my LL 0674 2465512 vide Docket No.ORS/CO/2020/5995 dated 6.9.2020.Request earliest action. No scope to opt or opt out service is dishonesty.

@rsprasad I'v visited 4 times to the office and even complained to the CGM at Bhubaneswar for restoration of the service but of no avail for the fibre BB service provided by BSNL .Lost valuable times for child's education due to failure Internet service.Can u please interfere.

@BSNL_OR BSNL is more particular in sending SMSs to pay bills forgetting the basic duty to provide service. No calls from LL in going out from Kausalyaganga Exchange, BBSR since last evening. No body bothers. Unfortunate BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate i have been facing extremely slow speed on bsnl fiber for past 2 week. But inspite of repeated complaints no one helps. my telephone no is 6758296452..a/c no 8008142515 .. Nimapada , Puri, Odisha... no other options except disconnecting this horrible service.

After complaining multiple times to local bsnl office and also vendor, I am not able to get any sort of help. Now I am totally fed up with @BSNLCorporate for drastic ping issues. Now I think I might choose another operator like @airtelindia or @JioFiberVoice.

@BSNLCorporate As already mentioned that I am fed-up with bsnl service. Again and again, they are joining in the existing cable, which is already having lot of joints. I don't want to continue with bsnl. As requested earlier, disconnect my service immediately and not liable to pay from Dec 2021

@taylorskitten_ In some areas BSNL is Far better then any Network. But in some areas it's service is very poor. So check network availability in your area and then shift. BTY in #BSNL ₹499 - 2gb/day 90 days, in ₹599 - 5gb/day for 84 days, in ₹189 - 2gb/day for 28 or 30 days.

Ask BSNL users, even I was a ex-MTNL user, and they never provided the service, which consumers deserved, also, there employees, they treat consumers like ****, that's why, people opted out..
