@BSNL_OR Non provision of changing service under BSNL self care portal compelled me to opt National portal to surrender my BB service in my LL 0674 2465512 vide Docket No.ORS/CO/2020/5995 dated 6.9.2020.Request earliest action. No scope to opt or opt out service is dishonesty.

@BSNL_OR BSNL is more particular in sending SMSs to pay bills forgetting the basic duty to provide service. No calls from LL in going out from Kausalyaganga Exchange, BBSR since last evening. No body bothers. Unfortunate BSNL.

@rsprasad I'v visited 4 times to the office and even complained to the CGM at Bhubaneswar for restoration of the service but of no avail for the fibre BB service provided by BSNL .Lost valuable times for child's education due to failure Internet service.Can u please interfere.

@ARJUN8027 @TheLegateIN too much focus is on polishing image with things like this but the ground reality in our own country is not good. Think about millions of poor kids who travel miles due to lack of connectivity or poor signals. I get 20 kbps speed in #bsnl in my area

@BSNL_GJI am from Fatehgunj, Vadodara lost broadband fibre connection since yesterday. Inspite of complaint had been launched yesterday, till today no action from BSNL. BSNL service to customers have declined sharply. We are observing frequent outage of broadband fibre service.

How to terminate @bsnlbroadband connection I've been calling operator, customer care, submitted writen application to local operator. But no I've cares. Customer care is worst, they will answer your query in 3 words (go to (bsnl)office) and will hang up #BSNL #CustomerCare
