  @BSNL_OR Non provision of changing service under BSNL self care portal compelled me to opt National portal to surrender my BB service in my LL 0674 2465512 vide Docket No.ORS/CO/2020/5995 dated 6.9.2020.Request earliest action. No scope to opt or opt out service is dishonesty.

  @rsprasad I'v visited 4 times to the office and even complained to the CGM at Bhubaneswar for restoration of the service but of no avail for the fibre BB service provided by BSNL .Lost valuable times for child's education due to failure Internet service.Can u please interfere.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi BSNL FTTH jo already exist kar rha h.. not working.. Thanks fr 5G Jio Hotspot works better than your broadband..for which we have to pay 3 times than a mobile bill.. this is not just my complaint but whole area facing speed n ping/latency issue..frequent interruption in service.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw sir currently if we want to change a plan in BSNL broadband services we have to go to the mai head office,can there be a service like BSNL at your doorstep or nearby office.other telecom services provide doorstep services.I request you to work in this regard..

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Inspitetge BSNL land being out of order for several days and got serviced only after writing to PMO, @BSNLCorporate raises bill for the whole month including for many days they failed to service. Is this correct?

  @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Sir My Landline no. BSNL 0191-2578242 in Distt. JAMMU of J&k UT is non functional for the Last one Month everytime i book complaint and after 3 days it got rectified just in the SMS but not on the ground

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE my BSNL fiber is not working properly since yesterday evening. Too much fluctuations and since today morning it's not working.WAN light is green still no internet. Please have a look.

  @BSNLCorporate Forget 4g in my area dont even have 3g. I finally thrown away 1 bsnl sim now n Portout other sim long back as there is only 2g service in my area since past 8 year. that 2g is also not proper. no improvement even after many online complaint

  @pravesh814 Its fashion simbol for most of people though recharge on bank loan money ! And by using expensive telecom service they think its always good ! If in you get H+ from bsnl then in some part of country its give more them 4g of pvt operator network !
