    Dear customer your Sim document verification pending. Call 8765411299 immediately. Your Sim will be deactivated 24hours. Thank you. ....... This is the message please check immediately who is the person who doing his fraud business saying he is from bsnl.

    @rsprasad I'v visited 4 times to the office and even complained to the CGM at Bhubaneswar for restoration of the service but of no avail for the fibre BB service provided by BSNL .Lost valuable times for child's education due to failure Internet service.Can u please interfere.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Day by day bsnl service became very poor in our area,Tower not working properly,no power backup system, still now many people loves bsnl but due to bsnl staff's monopoly system service too bad. Khelar BSNL XCHANGE,NIMAPADA,PURI,ODISHA

    @BSNL_OR Non provision of changing service under BSNL self care portal compelled me to opt National portal to surrender my BB service in my LL 0674 2465512 vide Docket No.ORS/CO/2020/5995 dated 6.9.2020.Request earliest action. No scope to opt or opt out service is dishonesty.

    @BSNL_OR BSNL is more particular in sending SMSs to pay bills forgetting the basic duty to provide service. No calls from LL in going out from Kausalyaganga Exchange, BBSR since last evening. No body bothers. Unfortunate BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate i have been facing extremely slow speed on bsnl fiber for past 2 week. But inspite of repeated complaints no one helps. my telephone no is 6758296452..a/c no 8008142515 .. Nimapada , Puri, Odisha... no other options except disconnecting this horrible service.

    @BSNLCorporate My LL plan in respect of my phone 0674-2465512 has been unilateraly fixed by you with out my consent & levied higher tariff. Pl fix my planas SUPER VALUE BSNL CUL(149) with immediate effect & correct my previous two bills accordingly. My a/c No.8000067597 & C. Id 3000067596.

    So @IRCTCofficial becoming new BSNL now, it become worst over a period of time, most of the time app hang, keep on rolling & worst is it's payment part whereas u can easily do ticket booking for another travel app rather than IRCTC don't know what this gov exactly wants

    @SureshM93811101 Sir / Madam Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Begar Telephone Exchange is having poor power backup. BSNL will install a new Battery pack to improve the network availability on priority. .

    We can take BSNL internet service only for 15 days/month, rest of internet service remains out of order. feeling BSNL even not interested to resolve grievance. BSNL should launch cash back scheme to consumer who are unable to take service for more than 15 days.

    @BSNLCorporate I ported to bsnl.I tried to recharge but every time recharge is showing unsuccessful.I called 1507 for tele-verification but it is saying that the number is invalid.please solve the issue as soon as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate @harshshah199 BSNL is in a very bad situation. It is very painful that the central government is not aware of it. Apart from that we don't have proper tower and internet is not available. But you say you only need to recharge monthly. I don't know how this is fair.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL ka internet aaj(04/05/2022) evening 4pm se nhi chal raha hai... complain karne k liye 3 baar customer care call lagaya.. (1) first time me to call ko hi long hold without permission rakha. (2) "YUVRAJ"Query ignorance and call disconnection (3) he is best CCE.

    @r_r_shukla @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ When all telecom companies hike their terrif, I switched to BSNL but disappointed with it's pathetic condition I was forced to exist from it. Even their customer service don't pick up your call.

    Dear @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT , How come everytime the recharge from your side succeeds but sim doesn't get the recharge. Today again I did a bsnl recharge which displayed as successful but actual recharge never happened. Request you to please return my money
