    My dear @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate As we(three people) are very much interested in porting from our current network to #bsnl we had visited the office 2 times to do #MNP but the emloyees in our Redhills(Padiyanallur), branch are saying that the particular person is not available.

    I contacted @AmazonHelp expecting a solution, but I was told to wait up to 48 hours and then contact BSNL. Seriously? If I wanted to contact BSNL myself, why did I use Amazon Pay? What is Amazon doing to solve this?

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @BSNLCorporate It's really disappointing to lose three years of trust due to a network issue. Hopefully, BSNL will address these complaints and regain customer trust.

    @BSNLCorporate Today i.e 29 Aug i purcahsed BSNL 4G sim i was told that it be activated in 1 hr but still no signal tull now. Kindly look into the matter
