@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Hi Team, I have opted BSNL optical fiber and I have paid 9500rs to the service provider including labour charge. But I didn't get any receipt in the name of BSNL. Can I have the plans for the optical fiber users.

@BKSyngal @suchetadalal @narjun Govt also practically killed BSNL. By not allowing them 4G. By forcing BSNL to rely on MTNL network in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai circles (and MTNL didn't give a damn about servicing BSNL customers, who got completely screwed in the process). BSNL has LOTS of very valuable Land Banks.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Facebook based apps and websites is not working on a BSNL connection , other all websites , streaming services and apps work perfectly on the network ,but websites like facebook , instagram , whatsapp web and apps related to this doesn't work in BSNL FTTH

@MobiKwik My friend did a recharge on my bsnl number of Rs 153. But, did not received the amount. The bsnl customer care said we have not received the recharge. Even after three to four emails to the mobikwik support and nodal officer, No response. Scam company

@BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL fiber connection in Himachal Pradesh, I wanted to downgrade the plan since I have an alternate connection as well. There is no way to downgrade using BSNL Self Care. Any help regarding this will be useful
