I hope @Dev_Fadnavis Sir is aware of these problems. This is quite a regular occurrence in MH in almost all govt offices and banks. We citizens face these issues and yet we have no where to contact for help. @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, is this issue related to BSNL or Aadhar Tech?

OTP based governance assumes stable telecom networks. Many citizens rely on BSNL. Policy designed for ideal conditions but enforced on real ones is poor execution.
