    @asliheartless @BSNLCorporate Bhai trust me i have been complaining since 2 years but no action is taken since 3 day i don't find any action has been taken by bsnl. In my village there are children who have study from home and bsnl is only service in india which is affordable but network is costly please

    @GoI_MeitY The sending number of phishing attack is 7029243596 The message is --- Dear Customer Your BSNL :SIM Document Has Been Expired Today Please Call Customer Care No:6371504559 Immediately Your BSNL SIM Will Block Within 24hrs. now How about doing something about it ?

    @iDeshnoor @JioCare They are now like bsnl they solve my issue after giving 1000 complaints in 7 day and after that my internet got down again what service

    Due to bad netwrk, i m nt able to continue my wok as I need to access intrnet but bad netwrk keep chngng again m again frm 2G to 4G n 4G to 2G. @BSNLCorporate i never expect such a worst experience with BSNL. Even I m nt able to able to tag loctn due bad network .

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl number is 9696383637. I live in Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh near bsnl office. Most of the time 4G is not available and when it is available it gives a speed of 25-30 kbps only. Please resolve this issue asap.

    I am an existing ADSL BSNL broadband customer, want to upgrade to BSNL fibre. I am providing my own router for the fibre connection. The installation charge should have been ₹250 as I read online. Why am I being asked for ₹1500? @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @IndianExpress

    @JohnRayhan They don't have a customer service, it is non existent. Both @VodafoneGroup and @airtelindia are giving it away to JIO while we customers are still clinging to them just because we don't want to go with JIO. I along with family left both and using BSNL, Happy with BSNL.

    from more than 3 months, huge call drop facing in my mother's phone. I complaint many time in bsnl customer care. But they are taking very lightly this and not resolving call drop. I sincerely request you @DoT_India please help me. You are only hope to resolve it. @BSNL_KOTD
