    @BSNLCorporate The signal of BSNL is nowhere in the Mumbai. Is it in the knowledge of the Borad. It is very painful to say that people landing in Mumbai with BSNL connection can't communicate. Pl try to sign MoU with other Operator so that people are not punished for BSNL sim.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Today we gave a porting request to #BSNL. Your employees told that after 3 days, once the SIM is activated, to recharge ₹1 thru online. But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.

    @kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    @bsnl_care You haven't paid any attention yet, which means you want us to terminate your service. Neither did you give any call nor did any technical support contact us. Your action shows that you want us to terminate BSNL service now.
