    @BSNLCorporate why is BSNL service for Landline phones is so pathetic. Faults are not rectified and phone is billed even if it is dead. What is the Govt policy for BSNL ,is it to revive or close down .What happens to the lakhs and lakhs of senior citizen customers

    @BSNLCorporate @aksingh_tweets It gets delivered late and then in the portal it says OTP expired 😐 Such bad services can be expected only from BSNL I guess BSNL is on its way to extinction unless some drastic changes happen within the org.

    @BSNLCorporate Why has BSNL BTS been closed at Block kotwa 845437 dist Mothiari Bihar. After complaning no action has taken.This area is out of bsnl network 2 g coverage. How kind of digitalization it is !my bsnl no +919474169422 right now I'm in Bihar circle very poor service

    @phedhry Sewerage water entered in basement of BSNL telephone exchange building at Sirsa. Only and one only JE PHED Mr. Rohtash is doing efforts but due to limited resources work is not completed even after a lapse of 7 days. Senior officer are requested to support and intervene.
