@BSNLCorporate tried the customer care regarding this on the same date but they told me that this if it is successful will be reflected in our system after 24 hours. So dialled the customer care in the morning today they told me to go to nearest BSNL office.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Since last 15 days, Internet is not working properly on prepaid number 9461038421. I have raised complaint on 1503 as well, no solution even after 10 days. Have changed sim also from BSNL office, but situation is same.

@HansrajMeena For this, BSNL employees need to start working and learn some customer service. The downfall of BSNL was due to the employees, not just Govt policies. Even today BSNL is operative, but are you using BSNL services?
