The DGM has told that there was some fault yesterday and the same will restore tomorrow morning

Ex.:1st Floor of BSNL office (opp Bengali Club) has nil window/ cross ventilation. 1 infected customer will infect many. Half of the month the connection never remains stable and sometimes no connection only. Last 2 days of the month, Bsnl challenges to customers to use 20 GB in 2 days.
