There is a big problem with new found Indian startups. They come up with a genuine idea and go down in execution. @mooofarm is one such example. Their customer support personals are pathetic. The executives sounds like what BSNL and others use to have in early 2000.

@BSNL_OR Nothing has been done by Bsnl after repeated complaint. All Bsnl numbers are not receiving OTP from the operators like Airtel,Jio and Vodafone idea ... This is happening since last 2-3 months but no prompt response from BSNL.kindly look into this matter.
