Every Hrs server speed & fluctuation is there. Not even a single day passed when the service work properly. Everyday customers are abusing us ready to fight with us. they are threatening to file a police complaint against us due to pathetic bsnl services speed server fluctuation

Hi Sir, will we get the permanent solution of this BSNL FTTH speed, server & fluctuation in Ayodhya Faizabad SSA Every hour the line is disconnected due to speed server and fluctuations. we are facing it for last 2-3 months nobody is listening everyone is switching off the phone.

@ViCustomerCare I am trying to connect your customer care from last 3 days & I think vi doesn't want to hear more complaints about their network this is my last attempt to do. already registered in past for not connecting any bsnl landline from my number, and still is is same.

@BSNLCorporate We can't change a Fibernet plan through customer care. Self-care portal allows only upgrade a plan .if we want to downgrade from our existing plan we have to visit the BSNL customer care center and give a written request. In this digital era very shameful procedure
