  @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

  -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

  @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

  @narendramodi At least fix BSNL, let its network system be improved and SIM cards available nationwide. This will end the monopoly of private companies that are harassing the public by increasing recharge rates daily.

  @SrPercyBlakeney @AdeParimal Jio & Airtel dont want users with less revenue. Vi has to settle Thousands of crorea of pending dues. BSNL is like IDGAF I'll hike rates because I'm still charging less than the above 3. I don't mind paying 100₹/month to BSNL for 100MB Data 100 Mins 100 SMS if service improves

  Which shows 4g symbol in my phone but internet doesn't work, I have been raised complaints in BSNL self-care app, calling the customer care service then also it is not resolved, recently I got a message from BSNL stating now 4g is available in your area,

  @IndianTechGuide There's already a connectivity issue with #BSNL ftth & mobile numbers The government helplines & even the landline numbers of police stations, simply do not get connected This is the situation with network & now only almighty knows what's going to happen without the network🤞🤔

  Detox Diaries: Life came crashing Sunday night at 11 PM when both JioFiber and BSNL’s VFiber blacked out. Remote workers and freelancers had collective breakdowns, Zoom calls died mid sentence, and I was left with flashbacks of childhood SMS packs with 65 character limits. Cuttack 2025 suddenly felt like Cuttack 1992. Felt like I was transported to Mars, surrounded by aliens who still use landlines. Two days without internet in Cuttack since 1992, wow a historic achievement. Spl. thanks to my BFF who kept texting and calling me through thick and thin. Also, a harsh realization, Jio no longer gives 300 free SMS, it's down to 100 per day with a 65 character limit. New government logic: Can’t manage law and order? Simple. Ban the internet. In search of gobar, we lost a diamond. 💔 #Cuttack

  Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I have ported to BSNL network on December 2024 seeing the ads that it has now launched 4g network with a good service hoping I will also get the same i switched to BSNL network the problem is I am not getting the internet in 4g network in my area.
