    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @BSNL_TN emergency call only I joined BSNL network on 6 June and second time I am facing no network service. 8th June 4hrs no network and today also no network from 12:30 pm. super.. excellent service

    Just Imagine all the missed EMIs and home loans of BSNL employees whose sole mode of income is salary. Nightmare. Looks like a systematic attempt to shut down BSNL. #VideshPracharNigamUnlimited

    @BSNL_AS I am using BSNL No. 03843-265989 since 2005, but mostly in rainy season BRAODBAND remain DOWN, I have complain several occasion but status remain same, pls look into the matter on priority basis, otherwise U people are forcing us 2 choose Private Service Provider.

    @sanjeevsanyal @Kunataro10 The jio story is totally different. Their service quality has been nosediving in the recent past. The only difference is that they still haven’t stooped to the level of airtel yet. Most frustrating thing is that BSNL is not even thinking of 4G.
