    @rsprasad Sir Namaskar BSNL is always problem at BUDHAMBO under Ganjam district of odisha.. we are unable to do postal work properly.always net work fail . if we inquiry about problem reply came no diesel supply for generator operate.What we will do. Plz take look in this matter

    BSNL is a national waste. Had broadband it used to work only two or three weeks in month but hefty billing. Surrendered. Now Landline it used to work occasionally so this morning surrendered. Snapped the customer relationship over nearly four decades. Never change. Who killed?

    I am being harassed due to total unprofessional attitude of BSNL staff. If problem is not rectified, I shall have no option but to switch to a private service provider. No wonder, BSNL is in losses. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNL_BR I had installed BSNL Fiber with activation of ₹919 monthly and giving speed of 1 and lesser than 1mbps. Issue is not giving speed regularly,due to this my work is affected. I am regularly trying to connect with your team i.e. JE AND SDO

    @JioCare This is the era of competition market. Other Fiber Connection are available in our area i.e. BSNL / Airtel. And I am waiting for your response since 1 Month. If you want to grow your business, you have to be very cautious/responsible. But your service is not satisfactory. Gd luck

    @ptrmadurai Sir We feel proud for having you as our Fm of TN.I have a query why can’t TN govt to start State owned telecom service.BSNL almost nothing now.I am from Thirupanandal Tanjavur district.Almost all semi urban like our place There’s no proper internet.

    @BSNLCorporate Broadband has stopped again since last 5 days. Broad band has been closed for 17 days in the month of August. This type of poor, shoddy service is fine for BSNL.
