    @bsnl_care I have ported from private operator to BSNL to support the company but pathetic network in Kerala! Not able to call no data service! Not able to even pay through UPI when standing on main city junction. This is the problem

    @bsnl_care I've harassed the entire BSNL system by complaining about the network being out of reach. Please don't act on my complaint. Next time, I won't bring a BSNL phone. A conscious citizen must prioritize BSNL's convenience and comfort. thanking you.
