    @BSNL_KOTD My router taken by Service franchisee in Howrah under mullick fatak and surkikal exchange Howrah is not returned aftsr repairs even in warranty period. The local bsnl exchange people are also not helping me in this regard. I am not given the invoice by service franchis

    @BSNL_KOTD Not getting any service from bsnl surkikal and mullick phatak exchange howrah. My router has been taken by your service franchisee SP network and not returned within warranty period. Further i have not received invoice for my newly purchased router as well.

    In Previous year budget, we heard many things about improving BSNL connection and providing huge budget. After a year, There is no difference! Even I cross ahemdabad boundary, it lost signal connectivity. Didn't even sustained for a km. Where this budget goes?

    @BSNLCorporate I’ve visited multiple BSNL offices to get the ₹1 SIM, but staff keep saying “out of stock” or “offer not available,” even after customer care confirmed it. Can you confirm if I can get the ₹1 SIM in Jayanagar 4th Block?

    BSNL sold me 200Mbps broadband after 1yr advance payment. Recently tried WFH for 2wks, but speed only 25-36Mbps. Contacted franchise; they suggest changing modem. Called BSNL, no support. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA @CustomerBsnl
