@BSNL_KTK @bsnlbroadband Pincode 573112. Banavara I don't understand why this issue is not addressed since 5 years. 1. Whenever there is powercut in the town BSNL office doesn't have a back-up power supply. During this powercut we don't even get BSNL Mobile and Broadband.....

@BSNL_KTK 2. This town is a heart for many villages nearby. People are using Bsnl mobile network.If there is some emergency mobile network won't work. 3. And a village just 1.5 km from bsnl office doesn't get wired broadband connectivity. Need some urgent solution to this place

@BSNLCorporate Sir in my location i have all private operators with 4g network both indoors and outdoors. The network coverage here is one of the best in Purulia district of West Bengal. But its so pathetic that even no 2g network of BSNL is available here.

@KondalAbhinav @MajorPoonia @RNTata2000 As a customer, i never received good customer service from them. Hence i switched to private players. In reality, Bsnl 3G speed is higher than 4G speed provided by private players.

@BSNL_CG_Circle @GoI_MeitY For last few days there is network issue and connectivity problem. Location - 1. village Sundra, rajnandgaon. 2. Sundarvihar colony, bhilai. Durg. Seems network of Bsnl failed everywere.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir in my location i have all private operators with 4g network both indoors and outdoors. My location is Vill+PO-Bhamuria, PS-Neturia,Dist-Purulia,State-West Bengal,Pin-723121. But its a shame that even no 2g network of BSNL is available here.Sir please help us.

@BSNL_HR Sir Bakwaas ka doosra naam banne ki rah me BSNL. If you track usage VS outage. Outage is winning in the race. Users are suffering several days in a month. Any solutions. Please suggest.
