    It is been last 24 days complaint has be registered with BSNL landline, but no reply and there are expections from society to use bsnl. Big irony!! The people at customer service center don't receive calls. Worst customer service. Kondhwa Pune @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @ANI . BSNL has/had big customer base & huge properties but inefficient. Where as Airtel Vi vendors accept money till 8pm in any form Card, Cash BSNL doesn't accept money after 2.00 pm. Internet is not reliable NoGood service.

    BSNL Change Network Operator Name BSNL has changed its network name from BSNL Mobile to ‘BSNL Stay at Home‘.  Let there be any change in mame, their Service to customer will never change. Attitude is the problem

    @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate @MoitOfficial 6 months ago I had tweeted to start 4G service in Pune and other major cities. I'm still waiting. Public sectors need to be competitive. With rise in tarriff by pvt players BSNL has grand market potential. Can we dare to expect 5G from BSNL?

    @BSNLCorporate I have purchased BSNL sim yesterday, but there is still no network. I called customer care but the excutive did not resolve the query. She asked me to call 1507 for televerification. But as there is no network how am I suppose to call. Cust care is exec is not help

    @BSNLCorporate Hello , I have prepaid mobile recharge issue of my bsnl number 9450140505 as I am unable to make and receive calls. I have recharged 399 rupees plan and money got deducted from my account but didn't get any message of recharge successful in bsnl number.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear sir There is no network in chakan, pune. If comes its getting on and off no internet working from 8 days. Very poor service from bsnl @DoT_India please look into matter.

    Visited to BSNL office akurdi, Pune. It is very unfortunate that not all official works are startimg at 10.25 am, even if the official time is 10 am. This is the problem with our country, once the person get permanent job, he/she will not do job properly.@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune the lines at my place are dead and the customer care lines are down for a week now, how does a customer complain. Secondly for the lines being dead BSNL recovers full rentals for no service . #BSNL #flopcustomercare

    Be viable if the National service provider to whom your Govt.has doled out with huge amount of Rs. 37460 crores to bring breathing from bleeding. However ,as a true Bharatian continues to subscribe to BSNL data pre paid plan for a decade. Yet my umpteen complaints

    🙏🏻Thank you. As your respected department can use your discretion to make alternate traffic diversion efforts, I suggest to allow the traffic to use the parallel lane infront of BSNL (Gachibowli) office to use to escape the jam on the Gachibowli signal bottleneck🙏🏻

    Bsnl employees are dumb and all most all are senior citizens dont know how to configure and make it use for every customers so boring, alternate days we should visit them to fix line issues. 9r bandwidth issues.

    @a_fresh_shinobi ek Baar Rs98 wala BSNL ka 3G data pack karwaya tha... Clash of Clans download Kiya fir galti se 95% pr aate hi cancel kardiya 😵‍💫 imagine the stress....I was probably in 8-9th class

    @bsnl_care Please confirm clearly: Is this a fault on BSNL's side or not? My calls, SMS, and mobile internet stopped working suddenly. I need an immediate explanation and resolution. If any loss occurs due to this prolonged outage, BSNL will be responsible.
