Your issue will never be resolved, better get a broadband connection and a landline connection (may be BSNL), all service providers are trying to push us back to old days.

@idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune

@ChandrusWeb That is why Government has no business to be in business! It can survive in monopoly only but once doors are open, internal thieves will run away with loot. So better to close down at right time (some decades back for BSNL) than when nothing left.

Even after 5 days unable to use the internet due to unstable BSNL mobile signal. Nothing has been improved. The mobile handset has been reset for everyday as and when informed by BSNL customer care. It seems the root cause of Mobile tower signal transmission is not rectified.

@JioCare Kindly escalate the work order so the IP address issue within Jio network can be resolved. It has to be whitelisted. Issue is not at the router end. The same is working with Airtel and BSNL connections and not with Jio.

@rj150520 @VenkyParik BSNL was a navratna company. They had enough autonomy. They failed because they were poor in customer service. They were given $ 12 billion project to lay broadband to rural villages. They did not even do that properly. The whole starlink project estimate is $10-12 billion. ???
