@OfficeOfRSP @rsprasad Good Decision. Hope BSNL responds positively. BSNL needs to focus on providing Fibre-to-Home FTTH Broadband Internet at all places and provide good customer service. This will make BSNL competitive.

After Jio coming only 2 are left which would merge sooner if they need to stay afloat & close down by 2021. BSNL would be privatised & taken over by RIL. There would be No Competition. This is #NewIndia of Namo.

@mkvenu1 As if the network was very good in bsnl.. in earlier days it was only bsnl but due to call drops and network inconsistencies ppl switched to other network so if bsnl was able to help itself it wud hv been in better place.. Moreover the sarkari attitude always sucks

I have been trying to fix my bsnl number (01955262144), which is not working for 3-4 months. I called the office sev. times, but the connection has not been fixed till date. The officer incharge says, "we are busy with other work." Although I am getting the bills regularly.
