@rsprasad We stay Rohan Abhilasha,lohagaon wagholi road, wagholi, pune, MH.About more than 1k residents are facing BSNl WIFI connection issue.We have Complained numerous times but there is no response from customer service. BSNL exchange,Yerawda, Pune,is responsible.Pls help.

Be viable if the National service provider to whom your Govt.has doled out with huge amount of Rs. 37460 crores to bring breathing from bleeding. However ,as a true Bharatian continues to subscribe to BSNL data pre paid plan for a decade. Yet my umpteen complaints

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Since 20 days My land line phone 0181-2750196 is dead due to cable fault. Nobody picks up bsnl complaint phone number (0181-2753280) in my bsnl exchange. Strict action should be taken against employees who are causing bad name to bsnl.

@akhil_131 @thewire_in How did u know people cant afford it? If we will go with the same logic .. No one was ever gonna get 4g with BSNL but a private company made it possible. Similarly , if Private Banks will see customer in remote areas .. they will reach their too with reasonable prices & schemes
