@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TRAI @rsprasad @PMOIndia BSNL is talking of 4g when it can't even provide better 2g in Pune city. Now I know why people don't like BSNL. I got myself ported to BSNL in search of a better network but got babaji Ka thullu and middle finger from BSNL...sad.

@ChandrusWeb That is why Government has no business to be in business! It can survive in monopoly only but once doors are open, internal thieves will run away with loot. So better to close down at right time (some decades back for BSNL) than when nothing left.

@BSNL_MH I am from Pune, my landline no. is 02026811150, my landline is dead & so is Broadband, the frequency of disruption is so regular that seriously thinking to exit BSNL, being a loyal customer feel very bad for BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate While revival plan of BSNL is awaited from FM, revival of good service is not even in Horizon, just 14 min. Back recharged with validity extension with ,₹74/- and rang up 1503 for clarification, and holding to be answered , and I get a message my balance is just

@BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

@idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune

@Idea My Phone is Barred since 18th Jan 2020! I ported this number from @BSNL to @Idea ! The Due amount was paid on 21st Jan 2020 and provided all the necessary documents. Still my outgoing and incoming as well is barred. Pathetic and Shameful Service.

@BSNL_OR We hv gone to BSNL office multiple times (before lockdown), applied 4 reversal of paid bill when phone is not working and disconnection if line cannot be fixed but the officials offer no help. Request your help in fixing the line or disconnection if it cannot be fixed
