Why only BSNL, it is normal with every government institute. Police, post offices, income tax,hospitals, municipal offices. Account in #sbin = harassment of customer.

Interested. Since 14/8/2020 my complaints are pending,no one knows the fate ,except receiving docket no. No action. Below text received "Dear Customer, thank you for calling BSNL, your Docket No is 4H1431527634." atleast will you now sort the problem.

@EconomicTimes Nationalisation wud be worst option. Ideally, #Telecom may be categorised as 'Essential Service of National Importance' giving max power to @TRAI incl. power to split large cos to maintain min. 5-6 players. Then, #BSNL can also be privatised.
