    @flybywire0825 @shukla_tarun @VodafoneIN Hi , Jio works well in both cities . Calls are best but data is so damn slow that it feels BSNL was better in data.

    Your issue will never be resolved, better get a broadband connection and a landline connection (may be BSNL), all service providers are trying to push us back to old days.

    Why does @PMOIndia @BJP4India has to inject tens of thousands of crores in a wasteful company like BSNL MTNL who are never going to be profitable.. it's probably just government that uses their services so shut it down and don't waste our tax money

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Dear sir, My location is chakan, pune. There is internet speed problem, internet speed is not more than 50kbps please solve the problem ASAP, my contact no. +919175198836 (BSNL prepaid). Before that internet speed was upto 1mbps at my location.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Is bsnl providing network coverage for 18 hours per day coz each night from 00.00 AM to 6.00 AM, you have problem of network. Area- Hinjwadi-wakad pin - 411057 Contact no. 9028116264

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune repetitive failure of BB & LL 020 26853439 despite of complaints and tweets, it speaks volumes of kind of customer service of BSNL do we need to approach communication ministry or PMO to get the solution at ground level or cancel the connection pl. advice

    @BSNL_AS Why is there a need to go physically? It's just a simple billing issue. I have raised a service request. Why isn't it enough? cc @DoT_India I am not sure why BSNL is asking me to visit their office just to solve a minor billing issue. This is never a case for any other ISP

    @BSNL_AS Dear Sir/Ma’am, I have told them several times, they blame the BSNL. If you want call me and take me in conference. They said ping and speed issue is from the BSNL. I even talked to some BSNL officials, they also said the same. Please 🙏 Help.

    @BSNLCorporate Ftth no 291017 please fix my ping issue . I'm constantly getting ms above 100 . Even tho I change the modem to 5g yet nothing as isp provider also neglecting the complaint and never helps I feel like complaining to shillong times about bsnl

    @tim_cook case I’d: 101815175827 this is my case I’d . Not supporting BSNL SIM while using data . Auto switch not happening between networks. Other phone are working properly. Only I phone not working. Either solve problem or refund my money.
