    @Vishnudasa_ @curryputtar In public sector , the efficiency the ability for both govt and employees to think quick and adopt to latest service efficiencies is the biggest blocker.the cause is burocracy and employees groups. Biggest example is labour groups in BSNL blocked upgradation ti 3G 4G for 4 yrs

    BSNL, Uttarakhand is committed to provide mobile services in disaster affected area.Our BTS is 4 Km away from tunnel and only service provider in that very difficult area.We shall try our best to provide telecom and other help whatever is possible.
