@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Surprise to see that I have escalated the issue to higher management of BSNL on email and till now I haven't received any call or resolution from their side. Now I can simply assume that there is no esclation matrix in BSNL to follow.

@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India Worst ever ftth service provider is bsnl. They shamelessly ask for money and do not resolve problems of the customers. They charged me with 4000RS for installation when the charges were waived off by bsnl and even after that not solution

Eventhough the:- Internet is super snail speed. Traffic is jammed. BSNL network is jammed. Electricity outage 70% of the day. Water supply is Dried Up ...I am grateful & FREE because my brain is not connected to any of these horrible public services. #Kohima @MyGovNagaland

@DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Fake resolutions by BSNL! No one is there to monitor their frustrating FTTH services! They will declare that problems are solved without even analysing the problem at ground level! Height of shamelessness is what @BSNLCorporate is!

@mBSNLCorporate my landline no 07122242561 this is a broadband connection & i get one e mail id free but fro 1st oct 2021 they are charging rs 862 for two years activated charge pl inform your new policy i also inform all BSNL employee please cooperating your customer

@bsnlpune For the last three days we are not able to access the BSNL broadband connection. I pay 1887 per month for broadband because my survival depends on it. One day after booking a complaint, I get the message that it is set right. Please help. It still doesn't work
