    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @JM_Scindia Sir for past 48 hours there is complete internet blackout at 721657. All employees of Bsnl are taking sweet time to fix and even the vendors are reluctant to fix it. I m paying for 300mbps speed for forex and other business now allstop.Why ?

    still my problem mot solved as first fraud and cheat me in name of feasible area now not return my money yet that why bsnl decline ,not due to other telecom company but itself

    Bsnl silently reduced the days and removed some popular recharge voucher without improving network started grabbing money from customers.

    @hovs22 @Sachan8574 Internet connectivity is horrible in rural areas. Only BSNL rules out there And BSNL is outright pathetic. Once my friend in rural kolhapur had a BSNL connection, his connection went dead for some reason. The guys couldn't fix it and then told him to get it fixed himself.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw add to that the customer care lady/supervisor cuts the call saying they need 3 working days while the lady who received the complaint on 29th promised to attend it on priority. we do not wish to port number to private services, it appears BSNL doesnt want that?

    @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia finally port out from bsnl.. don't know why I took bsnl n wait.during these period , no stable network. In house n outside zero network,how can I trust on indian services products. Pls u shld close such govt office if govt failed to manage it,
