    @bsnl_care Like this how many times do bsnl need to take complaints to just fix ups issue? What happened to last 10 complaints given ? Bsnl is for just taking complaints @PMOIndia . Bsnl is not that worthy to work over serious customer complaints and they want pay from people tax.

    @bsnl_care @brickmetal Private companies giving 5G network in Majority of Rural Areas but BSNL still stuck in 2G network I can understand that bsnl had limited resources, Restrictions imposed by GOI not to import Telecom equipment in the name of make in India and to benefit to pvt companies

    When Jio was launched, they disrupted the Telecom market. Airtel and BSNL also had no choice but to bring down the prices. But an amazing thing happened. The telecom players making data so cheap let everyone have a voice over that could be heard. Anyone with right quality content can get recognised.
