@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate I visited bsnl office today in sector 11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat to sokvr my issue. You can see there is no one from service provider. This is the reason why customers are swtiching to another services to get a good experience.

@BSNLCorporate But the don't pickup calls. In a month connection is still disconnected. Office is locked. Whenever you ask SDO and other staff say it will be ok in 2 days. I don't care for bsnl or SDO. But they are charging money for no service. I'm going to stop bsnl connection

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate let me tell you my issue. I canceled BSNL Landline phone in month of september. Yesterday I received a bill ars 236. When I called customer service they told me thst yiu havent submitted phone. No one from your executive coordinated with me to submit at that time.

@BSNLCorporate Sir my BSNL Acc no. 1002341924 My LL & BB is dead from last 4 days Despite filing a complaint & visiting local BSNL office the issues is not resolved. Infact I've been pushed by BSNL employees to buy FIBER rather fixing my LL. Ur urgent intervention is appreciated
