    @BSNLCorporate Congratulations for having the worst signals all over the India. You have proved "jitna sasta utna hee ghatiya". Literally duniya 5g mei bhaag rahee rahi hai aur ye saala network 5-50kbps ka download speed deta h aur bsnl tower 600m ki doori mei h WTF 🥲

    @Ammy3165 @Ravisutanjani Bsnl/mtnl is already there for validity plan witch help then to get incoming call also ! Hope atleast 1 sim in a family people use for bsnl/mtnl ! 🙏

    BSNL broad band related customer care service is the worst. I had raised a complaint on broadband connection. The customer care provider says They only register complaints. For resolving issues they asked us to go to the nearby office. Why is that called customer care? #BSNL

    @w_karve @BSNLCorporate Sir why don't you convert your connection to FTTH. Your number won't change but will get good service. FTTH services of BSNL are fully privatized. So be rest assured the service will be best.

    @netplusofficial the user experience makes me feel, I should switch to bsnl. Trying to call the customer service number from registered #! Call simply disconnects. Tried from a friend's # it works. Bhagwan bharose chal raha hai tum logo ka.

    2>BSNL image tarnished with poor customer experience. Please note- writing this as being ex BSNL employee I still have affection for BSNL and want BSNL to shine with same glory. But with poor customer care this won’t be possible ever.🙏🙏🙏
