    @Airtel_Presence but it is very difficult to contact Airtel customer care, it is very easy to contact customer care in jio, vi, bsnl, and this is also the main reason why airtel customers are declining Are given for free. You should also do things that will benefit airtel

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE got information through telephonic customer executive that my internet is blocked from my bsnl exchange office now they are intentionally blocking my internet for complaining on twitter plz provide solution.

    @ChinmayDhumal Yes I know bits itself,,,,,, before Jio days I was using BSNL with 2mbps in grand mother's home,,,, once in a minute video used to get buffered orelse 720p on YouTube wasn't issue for me,,,, but in other apps 480p was the best thing to use under 2mbps

    @CMDBSNL Internet is dead at unit 8 bhubaneswar, capital of Odisha. My complaint number with bsnl bhubaneswar is 16243246392. Kindly intervene ,so that we'll get relief.

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Worst service I want UPC code to port in to other network because airtel not providing sms service in smart pack I don't want to recharge with unlimited pack as I have both airtel sims I am going to port out my 4 airtel numbers to bsnl or jio

    BSNL, Airtel & Reliance Jio office were sealed in Zunheboto for poor network services. All mobile service providers were given 15 days ultimatum for improving their services but since they did not pay heed to their ultimatum, the ZRSU sealed their office on 3rd Sept 2021.
