    BSNL network is worst in Mumbai and suburban area. From Alibaug I purchased sim card with no receipt. They said we r not giving any receipt. Plans r good but service is Zero. All employees are contract base they denied any enquiry & Liability @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TelecomBsnl

    @bsnl_care Over X platform you are saying VOLTE is activated while on the other hand a customer care representative saying VOLTE is not available in prayagraj. Why there are two different sentences given by bsnl??

    @SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia Most of #Samsung mobs don't connect #BSNL 4G. Even Samsung service centre confirmed, Samsung mobs have software issue in connecting to BSNL4G & fix/patch should be released. BSNL too confirmed. Will Samsung fix it or should we switch to othr brands.

    @BSNL_MH It’s nearly a month since complaint for faulty telephone lodged. The complaint number is 113640779. Please attend. Prompt action will retain your customers, avoid being a loss making company & eventual privatisation of BSNL!! Save #BSNL @bsnlpune
