    BSNL network is worst in Mumbai and suburban area. From Alibaug I purchased sim card with no receipt. They said we r not giving any receipt. Plans r good but service is Zero. All employees are contract base they denied any enquiry & Liability @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TelecomBsnl

    i recharge my sim for 1 month in that 10- 14 days i won't get proper 3G network, speed will be .20 mpbs , jio offering 5g 1000 mpbs same in my area and BSNL can't even provide 1 mbps ! @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_HR One of the complaint for Internet issue is pending since 4 days. Is it service provided by BSNL ? If you can take responsibility for service it's useless, than customers choose private operator. Why ? Internet not working since last 2 months.

    @Airtel_Presence I ported from BSNL to Airtel today. Mobile number 9159371083, I was told that I will get 1 month unlimited data and call. But today, it shows I need to recharge. When I called the customer care, it gets disconnected automatically
