BSNL network is worst in Mumbai and suburban area. From Alibaug I purchased sim card with no receipt. They said we r not giving any receipt. Plans r good but service is Zero. All employees are contract base they denied any enquiry & Liability @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TelecomBsnl

Why Bsnl is not working properly in my village? In 2g call suffer so much and 3g is only for show. It doesn't register on it. Location :- Sanhoula Bhagalpur Bihar 813225 Please do something we can't able to surf net here.Our 2GB daily data is wasting. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

I hv convert myslf jio to BSNL but now i m suffering with surfing. I'm ur great admirer but this is facts so do some.....

@bsnlrajasthan @BSNLCorporate 3G network range decries day by day please improve your network.Before 5 months the 3G coverage is sufficient to access internet. Right now there's No 3G signal coverage in my house. How we stay with BSNL without 3G network. Please at least try

@BSNLCorporate Now it's 24 hrs completed without bsnl broadband services at jhajjar haryana. Your may loose considerable no of customer in Jhajjar 124103 is work culture not improved. Will bsnl refund or compensate the losses occurred due to poor service of bsnl.

This lady at BSNL Vasai Maharashtra is so unfit for her job. She doesnt have a basic courtesy to answer phone see screenshot. How can I expect to make my broadband connection to work which by the way is not working for last 20 days. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH . Please solve it soon.
