    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt shame on u BSNL. Recharged my number 9440964111 with RS 1999 plan on Jan 14th(Telangana) which includes caller tune service for free. But you are not giving my service.Not activated my caller tune. Contacted many times on this issue via tweet/mail/care.

    From last one month I'm complaining to the BSNL and booking complaint on 198, 1500 that my landline number 0194-2438443 is not work & can't able to make calls, every time their response that grievances have been resolved, but problem is as it is. @Bsnl_Kashmir @BSNLCorporate
