@bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate account number 9040444484 internet is down from day before yesterday.Called local bsnl technician yesterday but they never responded to us back.This is the last complaint before i disconnect the connection coz of poor service

I had 2 #BSNL phone numbers. My mom also had 2 phone numbers. But, as internet speed is very slow and as it gets disconnected often even in the heart of Trivandrum where we stay, we opted for #Jio's connection which is having fantastic 4G facility. We are happy now as customers!

@BSNLCorporate wrost service , my bsnl landline connection is dead since last 12 days. I have complained many times from line man to SDO but no body is responding me properly from your side. Take action and resolve it on urgent basis , it hampers my work badly. Ramghat,VNS,UP

@BSNL_TN I changed port from Airtel to BSNL it's been three days Still the sim is not Active,I tried and spoke to customer care 3 time 3 persons telling the same answer the system is fault or too slow then why the people need to work they can go home right one of the bad customer service

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl broadband is down in Hinganghat my landline number is (07153295095) And still it is not resolved. started facing issue yesterday and i called 100 times to the agents office they are making arguments from yesterday 4pm. Stilnot resolved my complaint

@inmBSCH @mrkandasamy @sunnewstamil Most homes & offices have WIFI now. BSNL 3G is not that bad when one is away from the city or town. In my place BSNL give better performance than JIO/AIRTEL. Using BSNL data to type this.😌

I always wondered, given BSNL is a central govt entity, why BSNL has not upgraded to 4G and other latest technologies? BSNL has very huge customer base. But, lack of adherence to new technologies is costing BSNL the erosion of customer base. India must embrace new technologies!
