    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK V hv fibernet connection n evry mnth v hv paid d bill before due date n same fr October bt not reflecting in bsnl payment portal n recieved 2 mnth bil for tis mnth I hv reached customer care n visited nearest bsnl office n sent mail to bsnl bt no use

    @Viv2511 Excellent services. That's what they claim the best advantage of privatisation. And compare the bad old days of running after bsnl and mtnl for connection. Now ended up with no choice.

    @BSNLCorporate Sounds like an automated reply. I want to down grade my fiber plan to Fiber Basic for my connection no : 04522915568 / account no: 9040283721, can BSNL help me by changing my plan to Fiber basic.

    @ianuragthakur from last two weeks had been trying to get BSNL Fiber services restored and even after making many complaints at all level still not working. It seems those who had been alloted contract have no interest at all RUDAULI district Ayodhya Telecom circle Barabanki U.P.

    @BSNL_KL I have seen lot of news stating BSNL waived off Installation Charges. But Practically they never do so, I'm recently took a connection from BSNL and they Chrged Rs.6500 for Installation and 907/Mnth. We never got a priviledge of 399/499 Plans.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL2 Respected Sir, my BSNL Fibre internet 02564-297100 is not working since Friday and its repeated problem. We always get an answer from local offciials, ‘UPAR SE BAND HAI’. So, can U give me UPARWALA’s address and or no. whom U think can resolve such issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi i m BSNL prepaid customer . I m in UAE right now, though my phone have sufficient balance its out of network due to which i m unable to receive OTP and can not perform any netbanking transactions. Can you help
