    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate account number 9040444484 internet is down from day before yesterday.Called local bsnl technician yesterday but they never responded to us back.This is the last complaint before i disconnect the connection coz of poor service

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL never rectify any problems raised by customer and also switch off network before 2 days of visits date. Now comment that fault attended. If service is better from other network company why customer migrate from Bsnl to other network

    BSNL broadband is a complete disaster. Their service is slow, unreliable, and their customer service is a total joke. I can't believe they get away with providing such a terrible service. If considering BSNL, save the trouble and choose a different provider. @BSNLCorporate

    I raised this issue to BSNL SDO hamirpur Mr. Rakesh and he told me that this will be done and I need not to worry. I asked the accounts department too to update the account with correct info.

    @BSNL_PB Lost signal Frm 4 days I am ready to pay extra if any one can repair private employees we get salary only if we work and due to BSNL I am not able to do work So no work no salary Pls pls repair it or pls get me a job in bsnl so that I cn also get timely salary without work

    @10digiapp I ordered a BSNL SIM thro you 10 days before. order #TD033931112 and amount paid Rs1015. SIM supplied and activated, recharging fees collected from us not paid. Multiple calls to your customer service is not helpful till now.  Please do needful. We are not able to use SIM.

    No Doubt why BSNL is loosing its customers.I have been a user of BSNL since last 15 years but their customer care has been so rude and irresponsible that they do not even care to resolve the query.
