    @arunbothra I once complained to BSNL( broadband department) area manager about this, he said " you need our service, we dont really need you, so bare with it". BSNL deserved a shut down.

    @kavita25574390 OR You can follow the simple steps on IVR to reset your PIN. Just call our Helpline @ 1860 180 1290 from BSNL/MTNL land lines or dial 39 02 02 02 (prefix STD CODE of your city) from other phone connections / mobile network operators.

    @BSNLCorporate With due respect to the higher authorities customer care service of bsnl is really horrible. I have been trying to lodge a complaint regarding wifi but none of your toll free numbers are connecting me to the customer care executive. Please show professionalism.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir Our PNB bank Jawahar college Mathura is down due to cable cut. We have informed to DE Sir, DGM Madam many time but still issue is not resolved Yet. As per outdoor team there financial issue at BSNL end due to that cable could not be arranged. SSA Mathura

    @BSNLCorporate pathetic service by BSNL & BSNL employees. My fiber was shut for 40 days & after my continues complaints one of the employees suggest me to install @airtelindia, how pethetic is that.

    Dont have mobile network from 4 days in palghar mahim(401402). Everyday i send msg but still no action has been taken. Shame on bsnl service. Please sell bsnl company to other network providers. They will give us good service than ur service @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

    Heya @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia the speed of my network is down I'm not able to even my G search. :( Btw thank god I got BSNL to rescue me 😢 So, therefore I request u to findout the solutions regarding this glitch. My current Location: Bihar-Jharkhand #airteldown

    @BSNL_UPW @CMDBSNL I had paid annual charges last year for my BSNL broadband. Literally, every month the connection is cut and it takes BSNL one or two days to get this going. Every time it is an issue of billing. Every month I have got after the BSNL technicians. Please help
