    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Why my balance is deducted by 106Rs in name of validity extension without asking the customer whether he wants to extend the validity or not. This is not fair. I request you to please refund the deducted balance as I will do my recharge own. #bsnl

    Please address this @BSNLCorporate. Last month i've submitted Disconnection/Surrender application for my BB connection (Tel No.: 0651-2961506) at BSNL office. Service is still not closed. I've received bill even after requesting for immediate closure. @BSNLJHARKHAND @CgmBsnlJhk

    @rnsri3 @ShatruganSinha Why this has happened initially when BSNL came in mobile area its sim were selling in black why BSNL lost, worst customer care, rude behaviour of employees, no attitude to resolve customer issues, all employees asking for bribe. The wireman asked 500 after he setup line

    @BSNLCorporate I have been Using the Bsnl Fiber net since 4 months and the experience is Horrible, all the alternative days the server is down. I urge to Bsnl and the Head of Bsnl Department to have a look over it. The City is Azamgarh - 276001.

    @Saffron_Tweeter @PMOIndia @nitin_gadkari Gadkariji.The solution to counter cartels is to infuse professional management in Govt cos in all sectors & give pvt companies a run for their money.For example:- Ramp up BSNL to compete with Jio, Airtel & Vodafone. This is how Singapore Govt puts checks & balances in place.

    @FarmerKisan1 @ndtv But Jio has brought down prices for all. Before Jio we used to pay 350 rs for 1 GB data. BSNL, Airtel, Vodafone still there as alternative for those who don’t like Jio. What’s your problem now?
