  @BSNL_UKD Internet down for last two days in Tapovan, Rishikesh area. Services not provided should be compensated for. No answer from concerned lineman or bsnl representative. Please improve your services by acting fast enough. We can't even make online complaints as its closed.

  @ankit1989 @CMDBSNL Thank you. It seems a LOT of people are getting scammed. I would like to use the BSNL fibre service but I will not pay 6,000 rs for a connection

  @Shivaagnihotry Dear Customer, if a double recharge of the same amount is done, the second recharge will be kept in queue.   @BSNLCorporate Still BSNL is in year 2000. No reliable network for making digital Payments. Most of the time transactions are getting timed out while making payments. No network at 600 126 Mappedu area even in second floor. No action for 10 years. Complaints are closed without any action.
