Run it like you run a private entity, where everyone is held accountable for their work, where you incentivise good performance and penalize bad ones, BSNL accountability is towards whom?it is accountable to no one,it should be scrapped,it's not serving any purpose.

@sandeep_PT Completely disagree! Been using BSNL for over 20 years. BSNL destroyed itself. Lack of proper resources, criminally outdated infra, poor management, understaffed and unempowered employees, the list goes on. Even a stable 3G connection is a dream here in my circle. 5G is ... 😜

@narendramodi ji, you have to take the responsibility for our BSNL growth. Still 90% areas in India doesn't have 4G signaling. But other operators have the 4g network coverage in small small villages and they are making huge business and profits. Only BSNL depending still only1/2

@sandeep_PT BSNL was also destroyed by BSNL themselves! Today they cry for wage! There was a time they lived like kings treating customers as slaves! Atrocious billing, complaints and hel lot of issues,they gave a damn! Today they r paying back for it ! Privatisation was the only option left
