Similar problem occurred in Guleli Sattari again. Guleli located BSNL tower is not providing a 2G network. There are many aged people in Panchayat still using a BSNL 2G network, they are facing the problem, their recharge money is getting wasted @bsnlindia @goanvarta @prudentgoa

@silvestercliff BSNL should have been privatised decades back,a lean, competitive, responsible corporation would have evolved, with their advantage of having a cross country network in place they just had to build on this advantage

@pgm_pune_bsnl BSNL is one organization that does not believe in customer service. They want customer to run after them so they will oblige them. My cell 9421288934 is down for three weeks. This is even after having paid bill. Sent n mails and tweet messages but no reply.

or not his accent was who ever will ask to change the plan I would have to do so come to office then I will see n disconnected. At the age of the time that we can do every banking work from phone but to change a plan have to visit bsnl exchange. Isn't it great service @ANI

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi_in Biggest reason of failure of BSNL:- OFC used is unarmored unable to locate by locator so,it is not restoring in time. OFC is backbone of network & BSNL is using outdated technology. need cut money free work culture.

@SPankaj27 Sir, BSNL is providing FTTH service through our FTTH partners. As no OFC is available in your area, the vendor has to lay new OFC in the area to make it feasible for which we have already instructed the vendor.Regards
