    @JM_Scindia Sir My BSNL sim activation not happening.I replaced a 3G sim with 4G yesterday at BSNL Anna Nagar Chennai office. It's now more than 20 hrs.Customer service. want me to again go to that office to check. In this day n age why such bureaucracy. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

    @IndianTechGuide Moves like this matter less for the employee and more for the signal they send. Large government contracts can be meaningful for BSNL, especially at a time when private telecom players are competing aggressively for enterprise and institutional customers.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the BSNL CSC Newtown Kolkata. I visited seeking assistance, but the lady staff member was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping me or guiding me properly, she simply told me to “search on Google” . @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    This Is a total harassment from BSNL side. I have submitted broadband disconnect letter to bsnl staff in their service centre 1.5 years backIN SHAHEED DWEEP at that time I don't have any outstanding.but now they send me lok Adalat notice

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 But this is not possible if you have BSNL BSNL doesn't provide uninterrupted network in Ulhasnagar BSNL doesn't provide roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi for all its customers BSNL doesn't have any grievance redressal mechanism and BSNL Authorities are not accountable

    It has been more than a week with no response from BSNL! My broadband connection. remains disconnected due to your recurring billing errors (forcing ₹10k+ yearly plans on me). My daily work is severely impacted. Please resolve this immediately! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Please improve Internet speed i am Already Bsnl user also but after recharge of havy amount i am not using Internet probly in 396230 silvassa dadra and nagar haveli your sim station is also in ventilation anytime down 📉 please improve network problem speed problem and office

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK today I contacted police for emergency help, but to pathetic network and bad signal, I could not get emergency help. Why does bsnl staff takes free salary if the don't work. 90% network dead or bad. Can't make call or recieve call
