  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL First start service of sim upgrade from 2G to 4G in every state for other states residents, I was really surprised to hear in BSNL Ahmedabad office that they can't issue 4G sim against my 2G sim as it belongs to Kerala.

  @BSNLCorporate have raised complaint with a bsnl app recharge where money was deducted and was told it would be refunded in 2 days been over 15 days and still no sign of amount complaint being closed without resolution E3016157079974 and E3016157079566 both have been closed
