    @rsprasad I had emailed you regarding poor internet services from BSNL, only recd auto generated reply from BSNL for registering complaint. Low bandwidth & frequent disruption of Broadband service are a routine issue here.

    @BSNLCorporate very very poor service your contract worker are not well doing work, Maine 7k per connection BSNL fiber net ke 4 connection lagwane ke liye CSC walo ko 28k diye lekin aj 35 din ho gye hai ab tak net installation nhi hui, hamari koi baat nhi sun raha @ndtvindia

    @dhruv_rathee @AjazkhanActor When BSNL was in full swing, they never bothered customers pain. As customer is God in service sector, you have to work for them tirelessly which BSNL lacked. Now time has changed , you have to work to earn for yourself. Not a big deal if BSNL succumb to it's own pit.

    My bsnl phone not working from last 5 month in zirakpur punjab but bill of 435 raised every month which i have to pay because i have internet on it is it fair , facing big problem due to non working of phone will gov look into the matter can gov phone be suspended for 5 month

    @bsnl_care Via #BSNL sim coz ur 4G signal is availble bt I wondr how long it'll stay. It may vanish compltely aftr somtime. Only E/no data signl wil b availble which is an usual phenomena most of the time. Then I'm turned in2 a beggar coz I beg my wife 2 share hr hotspot 2 surf the intrnet

    @bsnl_care Don't bsnl can't understand the issue? Why new tower to just fix ups issue in existing tower??? Just by now, 5.50 am to 6.10 am no tower in bsnl today. Like this 15 times a day. How to use during emergency?? Fix the ups issue and built new tower as it will take more than decade

    @bsnl_care Otherwise, I will have to complaint about irregularities in department on IGRS and Consumer Forum for fooling customers in name of Add-on data when you don't know the meaning of Add-on data. Share with me any such guidelines or proof for the same. #RequestForChange #NewBSNL #BSNL
