    I am facing some issues with bsnl office regarding internet Internet providers are supposed to provide internet at any cost in the lockdown situation because everyone is working from home but ur employees are careless @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate ..nice service by central government..

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @DoT_India does this a joke in the name of service by BSNL ftth? Over 6 hours total landline and internet service is out of order. In the region (03215) Bongaon, West Bengal. No one take a step. Total bad service by bsnl.#very_bad.

    Many Customers are Senior Citizens Ladies/Patients who can't go to the BSNL Office for such services. Therefore,let there be e-KYC be done at the Customer's Address & those Customers are Died,then the Transfer of Ownership of the SIM as per the Legal Heir be done at the same time
