    I am facing some issues with bsnl office regarding internet Internet providers are supposed to provide internet at any cost in the lockdown situation because everyone is working from home but ur employees are careless @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate ..nice service by central government..

    @BSNLCorporate The network connection is working very poorly in vikas nagar,kanpur,uttar pradesh..we are fed up of continously making complaints..we pay for 200mbps and the speed we get is 70mbps.. disgusting service by bsnl

    I am on a trip and suddenly BSNL stopped my service. On enquiry I came to know that BSNL has suspended all old 3G sim, so that people will get the same number with 4G. It's good. But atleast give some time & message before doing this. Please, for some time provide service.

    @cgmbsnlmp @BSNL_MP_Circle our connection number is 07544292011 and my contact number number is 9356523691. BSNL network is not working from last week and in full month, it's breakdown frequency is very high... still network is not working.

    Called customer care but they are unable to resolve problem. There is no Bsnl customer care service centre near by me.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, please note that I have not made any out going calls from that number sir ... That's the whole problem sir. And no one contacted me so far for resolution also sir. What is this sir? Looks like BSNL is ib 2G even in its services sir 🙏 #BSNL #bsnlrechargeplan

    @ttindia @AshwiniVaishnaw Many GM level SSA Heads of BSNL/MTNL in important cities were in monthly pay roll of Private Operators. They used to get monthly income from Private Operators in liew of favouring them by not laying Cables & not erecting Towers so that customer base grows for Pvt. Operators.
