    @nimitgoel007 This is only for Delhi. BSNL has no 1800 MHz band in any other circles in india. Delhi is the only exception where they have 10 MHz in 1800 MHz, that is why. But what are they waiting for. You need to ask why BSNL did not launch 4G service in Delhi and Mumbai?

    @PhilipKuriakos4 @itsme8024 @INCIndia You can check annual report for details. VRS is a big thing, but money is paid by GoI, not BSNL, it will only feature as reduced expenditure. Head count is down to 55k from almost 2.4 lakh.

    @BSNLCorporate Nice promo, but the reality is different. Our BSNL leased line barely works 1–2 days a week. Frequent disconnections, poor speed, and zero support after 7PM. Vendors don’t respond, and service resumes late next day. Not reliable for businesses. #BSNL #Downtime

    @bsnl_care Tried to pay broadband bill via BSNL Self Care app but transaction failed, amount deducted. Unable to connect with the executive to complain. Kindly assist in the refund & resolving issue
