    @TalkToBSNLCGMOD I talked to BSNL sdo about fiber optics internet connection. I am living in a rural village, Motarangapal, Jajpur, Odisha, 755001. As no fiber optics is there in my village so mr SDO said you have to pay 6000 INR if I want internet connection. Help me

    @raina_kp @kiroriwalanuj @gauravcsawant They are not separate/independent entity, for whom they should mov to SC? it is also matter of fact BSNL is not getting 4 Spectrum whereas Jio is using their towers for the same purpose. Who is responsible bdw, to fail the BSNL?

    @TalkToBSNLCGMOD BSNL is providing poor services in Puri. Even repeated compalints have been booked, SDO nor DET are taking care of the customers. My telephone number is 06752 228129. Most of the time it is in defunct. PKDA a govt organisation where fiber telephone fails.

    @abc854754 @MrSinha_ When was airtel a monopoly, Vodafone was always breathing down its neck, there was idea, and a whole lot of other players, indian telecom never had monopoly except for MTNL and BSNL

    @BSNL_OR Sir Good Afternoon I have issue regarding BSNL network . most of high traffic BTS under gmtd Keonjhar like dubna,kalimati,jurdi,bamebari,silijod Jajang are out of network most of time . I have filed complain but no one respond . kindly take necessary action regarding this issue

    @TalkToBSNLCGMOD Sir, my family have been a loyal #bsnl customer for years now but the level of service is never upto the mark. I have a FTTH connection (0674-2980013) whose router need little configuration so that my landline could work and intermittent connectivity issues could be sorted out.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, no action taken on our complaint. 80 year old customer made to run from pillar to post. Issue still not resolved. BSNL has made a football of our issue. Land line is still not working and no one has attempted to address the issue.@rsprasad
