    @rsprasad @narendramodi :Since one month there is no BSNL Network in Kakwara, Banka (Bihar). No action has been taken by concern authority.

    @DoT_India How long it's going to take time to resolved my issue, it's almost one week but no respond by your concern dept.will you solved my issue or I have to switch off bsnl service, such a bougus service who sale their product in the name of 4g but not even provide 2g service.....

    @BSNLCorporate If the landline works.. I’ll be happy to register my complain on 0201982198.. so as my landline and BB were completely down ..I have to complain online ..no other way … model colony Pune office never receive calls ..now the work done getting response from all corners of BSNL 🙏🏻

    @goodgc81 Government’s discrimination policy made the BSNL to have 10% Market Share in Telecom. BSNL was not permitted to enter Mobile service for 7 long years. Then it was not allowed to have 4 G mobile service till now while private operators got 4G in 2012 . Who is to be blamed for this
