    @rsprasad @narendramodi :Since one month there is no BSNL Network in Kakwara, Banka (Bihar). No action has been taken by concern authority.

    @BSNLCorporate Poor service is one thing, but making customers jump through unnecessary hoops to leave is even worse. If this is how BSNL treats its customers, don't be surprised when people switch to other providers. Do better. #BSNL #PoorService #CustomerRights

    @BSNLEmployees Are they really working there best to provide service to customers?. In the era of 5G BSNL asking customer to use 2G / 3G phones as they are not supporting to latest handsets. According to work they are working there growth & post must be monitored.

    @BSNLCorporate Old VoLTE issue is still unresolved & now a new one,my ₹225 pack promises 2GB/day but cuts off at 1GB/day. Customer care doesn’t answer,the app is broken & DMs are ignored. Why 5G when 4G doesn’t work? Forced to port out now.Fix this! #BSNL @DoT_India @JM_Scindia
