had been raised and that an addendum to the MSA was finalized in January 2025. The CAG report also noted other losses, such as BSNL not applying an escalation clause and not deducting the required license fee from payments to other providers. The issue has been discussed in 4/5

Sir, You tried to uplift BSNL as Swadeshi Company in our country but it lacks to transmit minimum 3G network to the industrial hub of West Bengal like Durgapur, West Burdwan (lat 23°32'29"NL & long 88°19'59"EL) after reaching BSNL Office repeated times also @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL

Our company’s BSNL landline bill is usually around ₹2,359 per month, but the October 2025 invoice shows ₹4,483, which looks like a 2-month charge. Kindly look into this and help resolve it at the earliest. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_Kl

This is the service BSNL is offering I paid via bsnl billdesk
