    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I had taken new Bsnl Bharat fiber yesterday however till now the connection is not working & unable to access internet, Did I made a mistake by taking bsnl fiber who can't provide internet service to customers in Bhubaneswar properly? Please fix ASAP .

    BSNL officially sent me a technician's contact number by email, but when I called, the person confirmed he is not a BSNL technician and has nothing to do with my FTTH repair. How can customers trust this complaint handling process?

    Life in Bagahi (Bihar-824302) is stuck without BSNL coverage. No network for UPI, pension verification, or emergency calls. Students can't study online. Requesting @BSNLCorporate to re-align the nearest tower or install a booster. 500+ villagers are suffering! #DigitalIndia

    I want to disconnect my BSNL FTTH connection + reduce the bill for one month ( since I have not been using it at all since the past month ) 18004444 gave me the most vaguely rude response. Please help. I need explicit instructions regarding what to do. @BSNLCorporate

    I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. 📍Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence.     Just wanted to know if BSNL has better internet or not. Because @airtelindia and @reliancejio doesn't seem to work on their service optimization just takes money and find ways to charge more. I am looking to port to BSNL but would like to know if that is even feasible. Not worth it if they can't provide consistent internet while I am gaming and if I have to give up on gaming so better to move to cheaper option for sim cards.
