As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.   I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. 📍Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence. Please take this matter seriously. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia

  @FunnyFox0 @IndianTechGuide Agreed. Jio wooed everyone with the free data and people got wooed. Lets also shed some light on the fact that so many BSNL network towers were given to Jio. A clear cut case of favoritism
