    @BSNL_CG_Circle @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber connection is down for 2days without any resolutions. Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

    @CMDBSNL Namste sir, im bsnl DSE since 2007 but now I'm inactive just because of bsnl service our 95k after sell commision are pending since 2013 but still I'm struggling all documents and details already submitted again and again I'm requesting. Please help🙏🏻

    @ifollow_Che @Cryptic_Miind My blind guess- Jio needs 5g tower and BSNL and MTNL has only 4g which are already used by Jio now govt can't upgrade this as they showed loss in them also people may question why 5g tower when your service is limited to 3g for cust. so getting new setup to overlook everything.

    Since Friday evening,our BSNL Fibre is not working. Requesting @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate enquire into matter.V may switch to other fiber available in our area if the problem persists. We are unnecessarily paying bill of Rs 700pm Location: Zagigam Tehsil: Rajpora Dist. Pulwama, JK

    @DaneParam that's what they have fed us thru media. what makes u think what Ambani did thru Jio , Tatas or others can't do ? or what if BSNL MTNL underperformance due to inefficiency in the system were addressed 8 years ago in 2014 ? May be there would never be a Jio .. ?
