    @CMDBSNL Namste sir, im bsnl DSE since 2007 but now I'm inactive just because of bsnl service our 95k after sell commision are pending since 2013 but still I'm struggling all documents and details already submitted again and again I'm requesting. Please help🙏🏻

    @cgmbsnlcg @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate Just wanted a reply on the concern that despite 4-5 days a month of non service due to various issues, why BSNL charges the customer for non service days.?

    @BSNL_CG_Circle @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber connection is down for 2days without any resolutions. Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

    @JioCare Please look at the past history. Whenever it goes down it takes many days and sometimes weeks to fix the problem. Two days ago I paid 21000 for annual plan. Isn't it cheating to have such a long down time? Even BSNL was never down for such a long time

    During COVID time, a drain was being built in our area and BSNL wires were damaged. I complained, but there was no response. I filed an RTI. They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.

    @bsnl_care @rohit9060 haha..its good but customer care is very bad in BSNL....it may take 1-2 years to get it solved
