Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

pavan kumar (@bhatpk91) reportedDay 5 with no BSNL FTTH service. Despite multiple complaints to Customer Care, the local BSNL office, DGM, and higher authorities, there is still no response or resolution. Complaint tickets are being closed without fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.

Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.
