Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

Anup (@IamAnupPall) reported@lalitgrateful Very fair point, but duopoly after prices crashed is still better than an oligopoly before Jio at 1โน/min. The real issue is that BSNL collapse. If govts (UPA or NDA) had properly invested in BSNL post2016, we'd have a strong 3rd player right now, and no duopoly. The problem isn't Jio's success, it's government failure..... I think so..
