Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.
