Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

Now everyyear yousee will there will 10/15 percent hike in monthly prepaid recharges. Earlier there are 6 to 7 telicom companies but they killed the competition

We are using BSNL but connectivity issues always there as if Govt never looks into this matter.

While other carriers constantly improve indoor coverage BSNL is so poor that the network itself isn't available at certain corners of the home. I regret porting.

So better to switch to netowrks like Voda or BSNL I agree BSNL’s network is weak but they will upgrade once they see people switching
