    @CMDBSNL Namste sir, im bsnl DSE since 2007 but now I'm inactive just because of bsnl service our 95k after sell commision are pending since 2013 but still I'm struggling all documents and details already submitted again and again I'm requesting. Please help🙏🏻

    @BSNL_CG_Circle @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber connection is down for 2days without any resolutions. Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

    @cgmbsnlcg @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate Just wanted a reply on the concern that despite 4-5 days a month of non service due to various issues, why BSNL charges the customer for non service days.?

    @BSNLCorporate sir iam bsnl fibre customer.. instead of better networks like jio, airtel etc i opted for bsnl fibre... since first there has been persisitent problem with bsnl fibre... every orher day there is line cut or some other issue...pls take some solid action... himanshu, balawala, ddun

    @cgmbsnl From 04712967657 Biju Rajan R I am a school teacher and conducting online classes using the most trusted BSNL FTTH, recently I am facing some problems that during the day the the connections fails. Today it happened around 9 am till 5 pm. I request your attention.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate continuously tweeting to BSNL, telling them that there customer service isn't working. The call connects for 10-15 seconds but as soon as the IVRS transfer the call to an executive, it disconnects. No help from any team. Trying to get a ftth connection

    @BSNLCorporate Applied for FTTH on 26.11.2020 but till date not got it! What is being done in BSNL? Is there any policy to dispose off the application? Can't believe that an application is pending for more then 2 months and there is no action so far. @rsprasad sir please help.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe Bsnl has the worst services,  unfortunately I took the bsnl wifi services and every alternate day, it's not working and there's no  support at all even the charges is  extremely high without any benefits.
