    @BSNL_CG_Circle @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber connection is down for 2days without any resolutions. Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

    @bsnltn Sir, I am a customer of Bharat fiber net and my plan is BSNL FTTH 777 with phone number 04132965496. But my BB Fibernet is completely out of order very frequently. Please rectify the defect to get network connection continuously. Thanks & Regards.

    @BsnlExchange It is most useless department. U go for anything u get negative answers for everything. I have a post paid mobile which never worked but bills I have to pay .now I wish to discontinue it no is responding. No response even after visiting the bsnl office

    @BSNL_HR I'm trying to downgrade broadband plan for my landline. Customer care says i have to visit the BSNL Faridabad office. I am surprised that in this age of connectivity and all, I can't change it over either selfcare or customer care.

    Their is no power supply in KATCHAL, No backup in BSNL, PHC, Completely blackout. Everyone is suffering.
