@BSNL_CG_Circle @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber connection is down for 2days without any resolutions. Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

@CMDBSNL Namste sir, im bsnl DSE since 2007 but now I'm inactive just because of bsnl service our 95k after sell commision are pending since 2013 but still I'm struggling all documents and details already submitted again and again I'm requesting. Please help🙏🏻

@cgmbsnlcg @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate Just wanted a reply on the concern that despite 4-5 days a month of non service due to various issues, why BSNL charges the customer for non service days.?

There is an employee with @BSNLCorporate , Vishal, in Rampur exchange. This single employee is the reason that has kept me with BSNL broadband for last 2 years. He is in accounts, but helps me getting any issue resolved on a single phone call 24*7 related to broadband.

@BSNLCorporate Recently I have purchased a BSNL prepaid SIM to check if I get a decent mobile signal in my location. But it’s says no mobile coverage unfortunately. My location is Prashanthi hills, Nizampet, Hyderabad-500090. Nearest tower is 1 km far it seems. (1/2)
