    @BSNL_CG_Circle @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber connection is down for 2days without any resolutions. Just wanted to understand if the charges be waived of for the Non Service days ?? Service has been pathetic for the past few weeks and customer service is Non existent.

    @yabhishekhd If any customer wants new technology and services with international roaming go with Jio and Airtel or else get Vi and BSNL. If you live in city go for Airtel and Jio and Vi but for rural coverage it's BSNL.

    @Jeevan_sp65 @pandey_447 @yabhishekhd Atleast in my experience, I've never had a bad experience with BSNL, except their service. In remote areas like J&K and Andaman islands, every operator but BSNL had good coverage.

    @KimmatkarRutvij @pandey_447 @yabhishekhd Definitely, BSNL has good coverage but the network speed is pathetic even for 3G standards. If u are using a sim just for calls and SMS, then u can go for BSNL without thinking, but its certainly not for data users.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Today local bsnl office JTO Mr.Baral informed me that the cable need to be replaced..its been more than 10days without internet..but we are paying the full bill amount..Need a waiver and permanent fix to my connection
