  @BSNLCorporate Why this issue is not fixed till now. It has been 2 days already. Call drops are also happening due to bad network from tower outage. This network issue should be taken more seriously by BSNL. Why shut down a tower for more than 2-3 days ?

  @Airtel_Presence ported from BSNL to Airtel on 15th Dec in hopes for better experience.Your doorstep sim delivery is false advertisement! I went to your store & they handed me a damaged sim. Now,your customer service tells me I have to pay extra to replace the sim. Disappointed.

  @BSNLCorporate @aksingh_tweets It gets delivered late and then in the portal it says OTP expired 😐 Such bad services can be expected only from BSNL I guess BSNL is on its way to extinction unless some drastic changes happen within the org.

  @itsVRK @Airtel_Presence @itsVRK I would suggest to Port out. You have options in market now. Why you wasting money for such service provider who don't listen to us. I am very upset with the service of Airtel from past 1 years. #BSNL will be best options in comparison with #Airtel5G
