@BSNL_UPW Hello I'm from Munderwa-Lohadar, Basti-Uttar Pradesh and There is very poor network of bsnl. Network always comes and goes everytime not stays properly also there is no 3g/4g service available. Please improve at this location.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ I've paid my bills on 19/03/23, Still I'm getting calls and messages to pay bill. I've also visited CSC, he told online payment takes 2-3 days to credit, it's been 6 days. How much years backward is your technology & system? No wonder y BSNL has poor img.

@BSNL_KTK I am facing wrong connection whenever I receive call and internet is not working properly.i tried raise complaint through 1503 but customer support executive asked me to visit nearest BSNL office .I am very dissatisfied with service .it's been 2 years but disappointed.
