    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care i have been following up for a new internet connection for last 1month without any proper response from bsnl. The BSNL authorities say their local vendor is not cooperating. What type of service is this from a govt agency wherein they are helpless?

    This is what I get... And the irony is, you can't be able to reopen the same ticket, once it is set to resolved by the BSNL team without any solution. You can't reach to the network team or any escalation matrix...

    @kushal_mehra Govt has bsnl email since ages before zoho was born. It is pathetic they use gmail and that too does not work because babus create it once to put on portal but forget they have email and never use it.

    ...@Krishna_devaray on the phone. BSNL is extremely popular in UP and Uttarakhand and yeah is needed to keep our very substantial poor population connected to the internet. Since everything is digital now--banks, school tracking, forms.
