@Ravisutanjani Indian Airlines component of AI was worst company where work culture was to cheat nation in all possible way like many PSUs. For them AI drowned on merger & now TATAs are facing the degradation. Unless they throw away those once Babus, it will be limping like BSNL, Post,IR,EPFO

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL 4G is the worst. I'm only getting 5 to 7 Mbps in 4G, even though there's a BSNL tower in my home at 641607 Kongu Nagar. It takes so much time to connect a call, SMS messages aren't sending properly, and I can't even verify UPI apps. First implement 4g properly.

@Adarsha_06 It has to go through MP office. 3yrs back BSNL under some special conditions have allotted lot of towers to ghats area and now all of those are being added. They are distributing it to Grama Panchayati wise and also based on the network coverage. All new towers are 4G now.

My BSNL FTTH in Puducherry is down for last 3 days. Complaint raised, but no technician visit. Tried Self-Care and technical contact — no help. This happens often — restoration takes 4–5 days every time. Why should I pay for a service I’m not getting?#BSNL #FTTH #Puducherry

@Ravisutanjani BSNL is just worst. Employees have their own "people attending time" even within the Weekdays (5), and short working hours. Unable to issue sim-card from @BSNLCorporate what kind of customer-facing industry they are in is just alien to me. Jio/Vi/Airtel just deliver contd...
