    @bsnl_care However,when I contacted another BSNL staff member regarding my reserved number and SIM issue,I was told “main kuchh nahi kar sakta” and “main tumko pahchaan nahi raha hu.” This is very unprofessional and confusing for customers.Kindly provide proper support and clear resolution.

    Fifteen days. No BSNL network. Endless complaints, zero resolution. Half my recharge wasted, OTPs blocked, essential government work affected.“Please wait” is not support anymore — it’s negligence.BSNL fix the tower immediately or compensate users for the service failure.

    @BSNLCorporate Ground reality is that in my village Gyaspur, Post – Kaurauta, PIN Code – 803202, there is hardly any BSNL network signal or proper 4G coverage available. users do not even get signal barsMany business men students andworking professionals are suffering due to poor BSNL network

    @ali_rahat_ @JioCare Time to switch to local service provider in your city both jio and Airtel are lot of ego and attitude. Please switch to local internet providers or BSNL Fiber at least you can talk directly or scold them. Don’t wait for jio to fix it.

    @BSNL_RJ My favourite BSNL please check that like a dangerous disease which comes back again and again your gotan tower not provide 4 g service again and again, please take proper medication and rectify asap
