    @BlrCityPolice My 81year old grandmother lost her phone at the railway station.BSNL requires a FIR copy.elost app & ksp website does not work and the police at Jeevan Beema Nagar police station refused to register a complaint though my grandmother was physically present.pls help

    @TanaysinghT With bsnl main issue network, does not work properly call connecting time (voice quality is good),net speed is ok, few years back my no in bsnl, but i port. Checked plans rs49 for 20days and rs75 for 30days, really great value for money plans for my usage type and in budget.

    @TRAI dear trai I am the customer of bsnl ftth and also medical organization of Government of AP, from last 10days my broadband connection was stopped and complaint many more time but they didn't respond, this is Government medical center so please respond Number 08942-285365

    @BSNL_OR smart way to loot customer money through this bsnl selfcare app those plan not exist that available in this app on recharge amount debited from bank a/c not return yet. Plan like Rs 19 the ratecutter n 110 full talk time. That's why jio dominating bsnl. Shame ...
