    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD - Since 2:00 PM IST, the internet services is down -Dehradun, Nehrugram. Have reported it to Kashyup(B4scrm)but till time,No Resolution Received.Paying monthly rental for FTTH downtime.@DoT_India - There is no permanent fix received from BSNL till date.

    @BSNLCorporate 05282 -298216 BSNL staff is highly incompetent and won't able to resolve single issues. They charged me 4000 rupees for installation and giving **** services from last two years.

    @Nautankei Sorry for inconvenience caused to you. Speed improved by much extent but at night it may get speed fluctuation due to heavy traffic. Bandwidth upgradation from back end is continuously in progress for further improvement in speed. Stay with BSNL. You are our esteemed Customer.

    @BSNL_GJ since 2 days my bsnl ftth not working. There is some line issue. I tried calling customer care. Registered complaint also. Local guy who installed is just saying that i am coming but nothing since 2 days. Complaint id 1060461556

    @CMDBSNL Dear sir, present running in India 5g,but our villages not a any network coverage,last(2009-2023now)number of times complaint raised but not provide network towers our villages,pls kindly immediately take action and provide me bsnl tower our villages sir--

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD - Complaint raised - 53813, 2nd March 2023. Complained closed on 6th March 23 without resolution.Not Sure if someone is really serious on providing solution.@DoT_India - Request for your intervention for improved service from BSNL.Please help....

    @BSNL_OR Sir bsnl network of Sunki koraput Odisha is very pathetic it comes for few day and vanish for more day. I am tweeting it since a year . Why central govt is not changing policy to give all departmental sim to oter telecom company already 4 to 5 states have change this
