  And Bjp governments do borrowings to make surplus budget and at last no development!!! Push everything on private companies , do monopoly, destroy PSUs like bsnl and enjoy power.....that is long story. Talking about non bjp ruled states asking for share is, central government is giving all help to UP BIHAR GUJARAT and other states not even getting their share properly and Central government could not do anything by taking loan and didn't improve bihar UP shows there is too much corruption and Congress party states asking money for development

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL If you want to downgrade a plan you need to beg to bsnl employees I visited a bsnl office and requested to them that to cancel wifi roaming from my connection It’s been 10 days still they didn’t arranged a technician
