    @TRAI , @BSNLCorporate Here are examples of how BSNL hornswoggled customers prepaid data voucher plan (1) Rs.197 plan- mentioned 2GB/per day data and validity 180 days.Customer think that he shall get 2GB data/per day for 180 days .Wait ! Here BSNL outfoxed customers....(1 /2)..

    @BSNL_OR visited Salapada, keonjhar bsnl office for fiber connection, and they said we need more number of customers to give connection. Is it my job to do a marketing for BSNL. When people needs service bsnl employees says No.@BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband

    @BSNLCorporate you guys have the worst service (internet as well as customer support). I have a broadband connection and every other day the internet goes out. I tried to contact the nearest bsnl office too but they didn't seem to give a damn.

    @Devashishgang @idesibanda Ganguly sir then you should approach some higher authority or ombudsman etc...if a particular employee is not bother about your issue then complaint against him...well I am using bsnl broadband since 2006 , I didn't face such sort of issue

    @BSNLCorporate , @TRAI BSNL's prepaid data voucher plan of Rs.397/-mention 2GB data per day and validity 365 days. Validity 365 days means accessibility of 2GB data per day for 365 days. Here again BSNL deceived customer who think that he will get said data for 365 days...(1/2 )

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , My family is a customer of BSNL and it's broadband from last at least 15 years or more. I have practically grown from dial-up connection and service provided by BSNL. Due to lockdown and work-from-home needs, we have bandwidth requirement.

    ...Actually customers get 2GB/per day data for 18 days only.After 18 days customer realize that he has been cheated.BSNL ought to have clearly mentioned validity 18 days ony for uses of 2GBdata/per day . In my next tweet I will give another misled 365 days validity plan.(2/2)

    @BSNL_KTK I have applied for new fiber connections for existing landline number.. opportunity no. is 125585299182 (Basavanagudi) still no calls till date.. y is BSNL this much slow in picking up request. If I raise request in other providers, I will get min 2-3 calls next day..
