    @BSNLCorporate paid for your BSNL wings service. After making the payment I haven’t received the service activation or any confirmation on my subscribed service. Your customer care is not equipped and clueless to address the issues related to Wings service.

    There is no SLA in BSNL broadband service when complaints raised. When i asked to stop BSNL service, they are taking 1year to return my deposit amount....what a joke...! Govt job doesn't mean you can give poor customer service. No wonder #BSNL is worst and should be privatized.

    @priyankac19 I am getting much better service from jio/ fibre than bsnl/ mtnl. Same way pnb vs hdfc, people should have choice the better one will come out as winer.
