Mr Operator (@OperatorJi) reported@Ajaykumaarji I gave BSNL a chance but unfortunately it's still not reliable. And I kept it for almost 10 months and travelled to 3 states. Sometimes no network at all, sometimes internet issue so I had to carry cash around. I really want it to succeed and end the duopoly in this market.

Monile service has no network to make calls or browse, Broadband service has no proper connectivity unable to browse, shamelessly deducts money every month

Bikash Kumar Gharai (@gharaibikash) reported@BSNL_OD Jaleswarpur CHC/GP , Bhograi Tahasil & Block ,JMFC, Bhograi etc are within 1-1.5km radius of the Thanachhaka BSNL tower, still 3G/4G network is not accessible in side houses in that area. There's need of a new tower at the HQ of the Bhograi block. Please, consider the plea.

S V RADHAKRISHNAN Sirugamani (@SSirugamani) reported@Ajaykumaarji How about data network speed. I was having BSNL SIM for over 10 years but switched over to another service provider about 6 years ago as data network was pretty bad. Could not book Cabs at Airports ! Otherwise calls were good in BSNL
