    @Airtel_Presence I’ve been using Airtel Fiber in Aligarh, UP for 3+ years. A landline number is allotted in my app, but voice service is not available in my area. This is disappointing when others like BSNL & Jio provide it. Please resolve ASAP . #Airtel #Aligarh

    To be honest, even after lodging a complaint, BSNL issues rarely get fixed in 24–48 hours. At this rate, 10 years might still be too optimistic for resolution. When can customers actually expect reliable service? @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @bsnl_care

    I am already getting 76 rs plan on bsnl and jio. I just ported in to VI as I already have other 2 numbers. U cannot force a customer to pay for a service than they havent used. I shall file a case if u don't waive off this charge immediately. Else I shall complaint to appelate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_WB I lodged a complaint on 10 Feb 2026, but it is still pending without disposal. Complaint No: BSNL-CO-2026-EM-02101775643869 Kindly take this on priority and resolve the issue at the earliest, as the delay is causing significant inconvenience.

    college. And today I lost it. Bsnl asked me to go to UP west only to get it replaced. Since they can't issue a UP west sim in UP east. While other companies easily issue a sim, bsnl has a whole old procedure. Now for just getting a simple sim card back I have to travel 1000 kms.
