    @BSNL_BR Sir it's 5th day without BSNL network for pincode 848131. Hope your team is looking in to it on priority. It's saddening that I have paid for the value and service which I am not getting and don't know when will I get it @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @GoI_MeitY but there is no 3g network on smartphone. I tested in my three devices but no 3g network. Even, it is unable on my roof. I contacted the bsnl office he replied that tower is too far to cover the area for 3g network. The specific area is under 2g network only.

    @BSNLCorporate I took Bsnl Fiber connection at 19th May, At 31 th May, I got Bill, When checked they sent me wrong bill amount. I tried 100 times to fill complaint through Customer care but no one picked call, So I decided to pay bill, Now amount debited and Bill is still pending.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate Tried to contact customer care, local vendors many times to resolve the issue but they keep giving me deadlines and no initiation has been done so far. I don't know for what cause the BSNL is taking money from us when they can't even provide smooth surfing.

    @bsnl_ap_circle Hello BSNL!!! I'm susanth using bsnl sim We were facing network problems since years,problems like if power supply off network not available many complaints raised in customer care but there is no solution please resolve issue ASAP

    Subscriber's of MTNL and BSNL need to take care before renewal of their plans. Very poor connectivity in Mumbai and you will loose money plus have to incurr additional cost for subscribing to other networks. Seems authorities in BSNL and MTNL are helping the private sector

    @BSNLCorporate @UN Hello, tried recharging with Rs.447 today. Amount got deducted from my bank account but BSNL web portal gave the error message - recharge failed. I have sent you the details by DM. Please address this issue
