@BSNL_KOTour office line 033-22487811 is not working since May 2020 .complain done several time but no action taken but routinely every month we are paying the bill since May 2020. It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

@BSNLCorporate Why a customer has to run pillar to post and visit telephone exchange all the time? Isn't there follow up of application status based on location and fulling customers requirements? Single call to private company gets a job done. Why not with bsnl?

@rsprasad why not privatize the @IndiaPostOffice now as it's giving such a bad service. Do we need to wait it to go same way as BSNL? @IndiaPostOffice bother to reply at least in a day?

@narendramodi, Sir, I am residing in Varanasi North assembly area.I have taken a bsnl fiber broadband connection during December 2020, but suffering with internet speed and cable fault from that time to update, but local authorities does not attend my complaint.

Dear @TRAI , Please blacklist the mobile operator @BSNLCorporate as this network has No customer care activated since one year till now. And the biggest thing is we are not able to PORT out of it as the port message is not working. No port code received. #bsnl #trai #port2Vi

@AkshayK85425090 @mohankumar491 @DKShivakumar Jio offered free internet and phone calls to all of India.. Bsnl have still not got 4g spectrum. Modi killed a govt institution to support corporate. You still support privatisation? Why India needs to be run by a govt then? Why not a private company?
