    @bsnl_ap_circle I have not seen any call from local BSNL. No one is responded. The number available in internet for local BSNL is not working Local BSNL: Chebrol, unguturu mandal, West Godavari district, Andhra

    @BSNLCorporate please close Complaint Number 15818792912. It was opened on 17-12-2020 and solved by customer himself. Since BSNL/LCO did not attend to fix, they did not bother to close the complaint as well.

    Can you please expedite the process of disbursing the refund amount of INR 1660.69 atleast? This has been the most pathetic customer service, the ordeal one has to go through to surrender a phone connection with BSNL and the number of offices

    @BSNLCorporate i have bsnl landline connection but my connection not working form 5 jun 2021. I registered complaint on bsnl self care portal but until now no one visit for this complaint. kindly look into this matter. thank you

    @BSNLCorporate I am a New Member to your broadband network. I can see my bill amount in an BSNL pro app. But, yet to receive the bill through email. Could you please check and send the bill through email. Billing Account number ending***52043.
