    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 First, make the network strong. Then you don't need to give away free stuff. Customers are looking for a strong network, not freebies. Since morning BSNL network 4G is down. Only calls on edge in hyderabad. Customer care dont know when it will be restored.

    Dear Consumer, kindly note that due to telecom issues,Minnagam services are down.( Fire in BSNL Anna Salai exchange. ). Also please note that online application services, bill payment, and counter payment facilities are currently affected due to technical reasons. We are working on resolving the issue and will provide updates shortly. We regret any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your cooperation. Restoration work is being done on priority.

    @TelecomTalk Sanchar mitra works only for the South zone. For others sanchaar aadhaar reactivated. But the SA app is not working properly. Onboarding happening but activation is still pending for yesterday's connection. This is Digital BSNL. For 20 days the customer is suffering. Hopeless...

    @KHURAPATT I beg to differ. BSNL or MTNL died its own death. When there were no private players,we were dealing with BSNL, MTNL's poor services and huge telephone bills. Linemen used to come for the collection of 'Diwali'. If not given, connection problem use to start from the next day.

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTelangana BSNL 4G is down in Hyderabad since morning. Your customer care says technical issue dont know when it will be resolved. BSNL can not be primary anytime. Can not depend bsnl alone.
