@TRAI BSNL is cheating on the customers. 1. Worst customer care 2. If you recharge on Saturday, the service will be enabled on Tuesday. 3. if plan needs to upgrade, you can done in phone. But for downgrading you need to reach the ofc which has no one. 4. Govt bsnl is very poor.

After 14 years of using BSNL, i finally had to port out of BSNL, just because I can no longer use UPI freely in shops near me. From giving cheapest data with big service to searching for 3G signal even at home, BSNL has fallen down dramatically. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD

@BSNLCorporate Yesterday I purchased bsnl air fiber, the technician connected the ethernet cable to my laptop, it is showing the network is connected but internet is not available. How much time does it take to activate? And when will the internet be available?

In BSNL ftth 10-20 times a day my internet stops working for like 4-5 sec and sometimes full day I get ping about 400ms and speeds of 2-3 mbps Whenever I complaints this to my vendor he says problems you’re facing is BSNL servers Problem and not from his side. #NeverUseBSNL
