    Hllo @MobiKwikSWAT @MobiKwik my 2 BSNL mobile recharge fail...in my mobikwik app it showing that..money is refunded to my bank account but the money is not added yet.

    @DoT_India Today is 11th day and nothing is done so far by BSNL fibre and their service staff. Could you tell me when connectivity will be restored

    @BSNL_AS No resolution provided from the BSNL side till I am getting 2g connectivity Which is also not stable. Who can help me in this regard or to Whom to escalate? It is a long pending issue. Regards Frastated Customer of BSNL
