This hardware connects directly to satellites to keep military and disaster teams online when cell towers collapse. Unlike regular phones, it connects directly to satellites, allowing voice calls and SMS even in areas with no mobile network! The device is designed for government agencies, defence, emergency services, maritime operations and remote field teams. Due to national security rules, buyers must obtain approval from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) before purchasing. BSNL's satellite phone service starts at ₹3,500/month for government users and ₹5,835/month for commercial users.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL has been trying to fool people into recharging with long-duration (costlier) Plans while their 4G network remains extremely unstable and unreliable. Never opt for BSNL SIM unless you don't have any other option. Private TSPs tend to be far more reliable.

  @bsnl_care With all due respect, BSNL, your existing 4G/5G network still needs significant improvement. Please focus on delivering reliable connectivity where people already pay affordable recharge prices before expanding into a satellite service that could cost over ₹1 lakh.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No Network around Delhi and Delhi NCR of MTNL and BSNL mobile operator 😭😭😡😡 . I think that's Government services very poor 😭😭 . anyway it should clear all issues then publics automatically will be connect . Otherwise public go to private operators
