    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    @BSNLCorporate please try to address the problems of a common man even after calling the bsnl office 100 time neither they receive the call nor they call back. Do they get paid for this??? @BSNL_JK We pay to get something we do not pay to get ignored!

    @AshwiniVaishnaw We have bsnl lease circuit line at our campus. We pay the bill regularly. The connection doesn't work regularly. It is dead since 14th of this month. It was dead in January also, for 15 days. The work is completely paralyzed.

    @AwadhNarainDix2 @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL was planning to have a limited launch on 15th August. If you really understand how networks are rolled out you will not make such silly arguments that we can rollout a full network in 6months.

    I have BSNL fibre net connection, in Jaipur, Rajasthan (pin-302022). There is no connection since last 3 days and area manager is not responding properly and talking rudely without solving my problem and saying you can close your connection @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan @BSNL_RJ

    @ jiocare Internet not working since 2 days, pathetic service by you,will port to some other service provider,don't be under the impression that you have large subscriber base u can take customer for granted,you may also face the same fate as BSNL,
