Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

@Jayant28500535 @malhar_pandey Sir, i have used BSNL internet for more than 12 years, before fibre came up. When I asked for a fibre installation, they asked for 7k rs as installation, modem, i have to buy separately. My friend anyway took a connection, he is still struggling for a stable network.

@malhar_pandey Don't take BSNL, they act as if they are doing a great favor by giving a connection. They never come back to address any technical issues.."we don't know how to resolve the issue" is the answer when a technican is called after repeated requests. My friends experience.

Worst service by @BSNLCorporate I am having BSNL fiber connection today this was more than 5th time my connection is down. At a very peak time of usage. I have also complaint about this to the concern officers. But nothing gas done. Solve prblm or Discontinued the service.

@BSNLCorporate I regret to switch to BSNL. I’ve been trying to activate data service since 31st dec 2021 but no luck. 1503 is impossible to reach, it just play stupid music in loop. I’ll say #Dontswitchtobsnl if you wanna mental peace.

@BSNLCorporate I did switch from Airtel to BSNL.Reason is Bsnl is offering value for money pack . I suggest Bsnl Should Provide Volte support same as Jio as my Cell have dual Support for Volte . But my Bsnl slot don't have any volte support even after I did Msg to 'Actvolte'

@BSNLCorporate #SwitchToBSNL I switched to BSNL mainly due to their best plans and their 4G network. Due poor signal strength of Airtel at my home I ported to BSNL. Iam happy with BSNL 👍

@BSNLCorporate I have port sim from Airtel to BSNL and there is not internet connectivity at Chintal Quthbullapur,Medchal Malkajgiri District, Telangana. I have informed the same with your customer care and the issue hasn't resolved yet.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH bsnl is worst network. Always facing internet issue in khalapur 410202 bsnl broadband. Poor internet broadband connectivity.

@malhar_pandey Jio Fiber was better when launched just like Jio sim cards. Later on it creates bandwidth issues. BSNL is not reliable and also you need to pay for ₹2000 for router. Airtel is great at speed & at service.
