    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Sorry can't be happy about it. It's a too late. And better late than never, cannot be applied here. If BSNL is able to bring 5G within one year of launch by other companies, I will be happy and celebrate. But not 4G

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Bsnl should have skipped 4G. Even poor countries are looking at 5G and we are being happy with 4G! Its home grown but getting outdated.

    Hey, if he made first call on BSNL now then it means he use jio before 😜🤪or airtel or vi so this means our communication minister himself does not use government service before. What a shock 🤪

    @ANI When India is on the doorstep of 5G @AshwiniVaishnaw is rejoicing first 4G call of Government owned BSNL. Next what, first 5G call of BSNL when India will be using 6G? Well this Government has duty to support Private Telcom companies first, they did it during RCom time also.

    @pravesh814 I would suggest don't go for Bsnl worst network ever. Doesn't have a good 3G connection people r talking about 4g.
