Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

I feel cheated since the third party service guy gave me huwai routers for ₹ 3500 with no box and power adopter and gave me some local adopter. I don't no how to check its originality. Why cont bsnl list the standard routers/modems compatible with its bharth fiber connection.

@HocusPocusPiza @ANI Because if there is a good bsnl signal in your area then that means less user you got good speed Also bsnl packs are cheaper then other service providers

@ashwinmahesh Looks like worser than Air India! At least Air India had a purpose n representation was international.. Who is really interested in BSNL!? Last 10-15 years customer base has been declining, what more can tell govt to reduce/stop this!?

There were two Govt. announcements that caught my eye yesterday: 1. BSNL revival (lot of attention on this) 2. BMTC, finally, after long long time, finally announcing one mini-bus loop in this gigantic city. Both are signs of broken policy - but #2 is much worse. Explanation:

@Ck92896284 @ANI I am also give the feedback on same issue there was time when bsnl ads run on tv now their is no ad and bsnl sim only available on bsnl office that to a time consuming process due to their lazy employees.

These third party service guys forces us to buy there modem/ routers which they fix the price which is lower than the actual price online. Currently i have two routers sold for bsnl Bharath fiber connection from two different locations.

@Ravisutanjani I am a huge admirer of the modi goverment but i strongly condemned the relive package, i think bsnl should now be sold out and people saying bsnl give service in rural areas so government should incentivise private player instead of setting up bsnl in rural areas.
