After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

Worst customer service by BSNL. Only interested in billing and collecting bills but no complaint resolution or providing better services.
