    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    I am porting the bsnl sim to other telecom operators. No one is listening. What a bad service. Indoor data speed is very bad. Please launch 4g otherwise it will be very bad situation & user shift to other telecom operators. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate I am unable to send SMS from my bsnl mobile. I waited hours to contact customer care but couldn't connect with them. Please help me with this issue.

    @BSNL_KTK I have been using from last 1yr. and happy with speed and services. The worst part from day one 3rd party service person is very active and responding to the call. But BSNL employees wil never attend the call neither respond also. Really sad experience...
