Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

@BSNL_OR It was assured two days back that the issue would be resolved shortly. Not yet done. How long is this 'shortly' of BSNL? If the tel is not activated even after 10 days of connection, why anybody would opt for BSNL. @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad may help in early resolution.

@BSNLCorporate my bsnl fiber cable hasn't been working for the past 24 hours and none of the required people are resolving the issue. The problem area is Sagar Estate Colony, Makroniya, Sagar (M.P.) 470003. Kindly make sure that the people responsible do their job.

@bsnl_ap_circle Respected sir My number has-been blocked from 5 days onwards. Why it happened i don't know. When I consult bsnl service centre on Monday they took my id proofs and given application and ask to pay ₹100. I paid and given immediately means on Monday(31/5/2021).

@RedmiSupportIN I'm in UAE. I'd to hard reset my phone. FRP asks for MI account password, which I don't remember. Registered mobile number, BSNL, is not roaming so I can't get OTP to reset password. Help?
