    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    @SunilPr34105527 Maybe Tejas network will take 1 or 2 or 3 weeks more to become bullish again They have submitted thousands of pages of 4G bid to BSNL on 18th November...it will take atleast a few weeks for various levels of BSNL to examine and approve these volumnous documents and relesse order

    @PTI_News Just look telecom players current situation going through worst situation, Vodafone idea, BSNL status is great example. Now for income calls also we have to recharge that is real compulsion for every citizen, earlier that scenario was not there when Congress was ruling.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir why bsnl employees do not have empathy or consumer centric approach. They don't take consumers problem like other companies do???

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @CMDBSNL think you have details of cell id in your database you can check cell id and resolve issue for your ref cell id is 8701 i hope you know mncode 40466 belongs to bsnl please ask your employees to check message thoroughly before replying

    @pencil_tweets Jiofiber leave just positive reviews and tweets in twitter and all complaints are removed immediately. Jio fiber is worst than BSNL

    Government needs to go full on BSNL privatization. Stop wasting time. In my hometown, a private firm handles BSNL FTTH and they service the line at one call. No hassle. Mostly the downtime caused by main severs.
