Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

@BSNLCorporate My house is 200 meters away from BSNL office and tower.. Still in my house, BSNL network would be 2G or 3G my time is very slow, it takes me 15 minutes to watch every 10 minutes of video. I am hello.. I have complained many times.. City harda 461331 bus stand

@BSNLCorporate From pat one week broadband not working. @PiyushGoyalOffc Better sell of BSNL Not worth holding. No proper service. Only works 15/30 days. Just paying monthly bills without accessing Internet. Can BSNL refund the money for break down. Better to wind of BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate I feel duped by your company bcz I recahred my bsnl number with STV2399 and here long before network was in very good condition but after one months all thigs have gone very wrong with network and internet facilities..

@AshwiniVaishnaw Respected sir, i purchased broadband service connection from bsnl on 26th Oct and until today it is not activated. My customer no is 4026204918. Could I know when I can expect it to be done? I have raised complaint and even escalated but to no use. Regards
