    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Don't know what's the issue with BSNL services. internet doesn't works for hours and customer care says call us later we have technical issue. Complaint was registered a day before yesterday and still internet is not working. pH no- 05740299205 ACC - 1027784752

    @BSNLCorporate @NathSoumyaditya Hey Soumya, I think your ftth password is actually shared by the BSNL vendor to some one else. That is the only scenario you will get this issue. Just notice your usage. Note: I am not referring your SSID or router Login credentials.

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio's internet services are very slow in our area, fed up with such internet services, it seems that now jio should be ported to Airtel or BSNL. Pin. 313705

    @BSNLCorporate The same problem is their, no solution given. But then also you were telling that issue resolved from last 20 days.?? It's better please seriously solve the issue, facing too much problem regarding you internet. It's just waste of money to buy FTTH of BSNL

    Some time signal is full still internet speed is too slow... Or doesn't work... Some time signal is full or weak but OTP or text message aren't received.. If BSNL will not work in Tehsil who is passing through NH 5 then where will it work? 2/n

    @table_fan_ @Ravisutanjani Have you ever visited BSNL/MTNL offices? Did u see their attitude towards the work? Typical govt. Employee attitude. They dont care whether u take their service or not.
