    BSNL Maruthuroad Palakkad seems to be very casual in issues of reconnection of FTTH broadband services. After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @AshokVanaparthy We regret for the inconvenience caused. SPOs, Warangal reported that due to road widening, BSNL network not working at Warangal City. Now the BSNL staff resolved the issue at Warangal Head Post Office and the staff of Warangal Headpost office are working .

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India : BSNL authorities have been holding my security amount( 1000rs) since last 2 years. you can follow this twitter thread and find that bsnl is not keen on solving this issue. Should we go to the consumer forum to get back our money?

    @Ajeet1790 Coz bsnl buggers don't work and they are outdated...still running on ADSL modems and they charge a bomb...I was paying 1200 plus tax for not even 50mbps and weekend it's down Now I use airtel for 799 150mbps

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, I follow up on this matter in 2019 till today BSNL Deoria only gives dates to deposit the rent 3yr is gone still no sign!! Now my dad turned 61 this yr chasing this matter regularly, really sad to see him hopeless!! Pls help sir clear the pending!!
