Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

But BSNL? 📊 Speedtest shows just 6-7 Mbps, BUT: 📺 Streaming 4K on YouTube flawlessly (zero lag even when skipping ahead!) 💬 Chats are super smooth. 📞 ZERO call drops indoors. I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.
