Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

Ramesh Parakkat (@kuttan337) reported from Agattēttara, KeralaReliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

No one is so far found to whom this problem could be conveyed. Pl help.

K Ramesh (@Rkdpune) reported@bsnl_care bsnl network is worst ever network provider. Only good for voice calls but not for browsing etc. Very disappointed switching over from jio. Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.

Nagesh (@Nagteja7) reported@TelecomTalk I've been a fortunate BSNL broadband customer for 2 years without any issues. Sometimes heavy rain or construction in my village causes the wires to break, but they always come to fix them within a day.
