    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    BSNL Maruthuroad Palakkad seems to be very casual in issues of reconnection of FTTH broadband services. After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    @BSNLCorporate there was no network in my BSNL SIM from 20/12/2022 16:30 to 21/12/2022 11:30. I couldn't use internet services or any call or msg services. One day of my recharge plan vanish without any use. @ZeeNews @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate No use at all for People. This is only for advertising purpose. I'm using BSNL broadband for last 5 years and I asked @BSNL_KL to change this to FTH connection since 2022 Feb. Still Waiting..! BSNL have good plans but their service is pathetic and it will results their failure.

    @BSNLCorporate but when i visited bsnl office in Saharsa they told me there is connectivity at pin code 852124 so can u suggest how to initiate this there are so many customer looking for this.

    @Kunal_Kapoor2 We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We are keen to resolve your problem. presently 4G is not available in Ludhiana. BSNL is planing 4G as per Govt of India guideline . we assure you better service in future. please stay with BSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir you promised us that you would improve BSNL but today I called customer care twice, and they said we can't help you, we have put the whole system for updating, I don’t think this PSU is changing a bit, who does update the system in a crucial business hour?
