Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

BSNL Maruthuroad Palakkad seems to be very casual in issues of reconnection of FTTH broadband services. After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

@BSNLCorporate Sorry to say but sir other companies are starting 5G network but why BSNL not able to launch 4G network at all the places I really want BSNL at the top of the world leading company not only at India but I think u don't think about it . Why ?? Why BSNL not work well?

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK, My bsnl not working for last almost 20 days. I urgently I came back to Bengaluru to replace my sim from another state. Visited BSNL office, staff insisted Rs100 cash only for sim changes only cash and refused to give receipt. Website says replace sim 50

@BSNLCorporate ECB collage and university campus have problem on speed of net and bsnl sim have trouble to connect and call drop problem . This particular area is very weak range should be improve . I hope so. Thanks

@TelecomTalk BJP is in power from the last 8 years. There has been no improvement in the service of BSNL. Govt could have given the license instantly but it was delayed on purpose. 8 years are enough to revive a company. Look at China Telecom or France Telecom. The govt has no interest.
