    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    It's very sad that I’m using BSNL services for a long time but very dissappointed due to lack of network in my locality. While using internet services, most of the time calls get disconnected & also facing problem while surfing as my internet frequently drops out.@BSNL_PB

    @BSNL_OR Dear Sir, what was the confirmation of the concerned team? Is it like the concerned team said the wrong information available on BSNL official portal is not a concern. Bsnl got every right to cheat. Best wishes, keep cheating people and keep loosing customer.

    @BSNLCorporate I have complained to customer service still no help , you are forcefully not allowing customer to port i have to file a case against bsnl as its telecome rule that after 90 days i can port to any operator and also dont have any due . Mobile no 9831864454 and 9674574669

    @amazonIN I prefer most time to buy & commonly to do recharge through AMAZON..I'm happy through your service..But why AMAZON recharge is not upto mark..Means Jio Value recharge can't be able to find..Rs 155.. BSNL topup Rs 110 doesn't give full talktime.. Please introduce Rs 155

    @BSNLCorporate since last night my bsnl only showing 2G network and I am not able to access Internet. Also the range of it not continues, in every 1 hours it turns to GPRS ... This is reason why people don't want to use BSNL .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate today again from last 7 hours no connectivity. Service still not restored. BSNL Service is become highly unstable this days. Don't understand how this can be resolved permanently. Till when we will service with patchy solution ?

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL Maharashtra & Goa circle number and currently I am in Bhayandar West region of Mumbai but unable to get any network. Kindly help me to get full network as soon as possible. Your helpline 18003451500 is also not allowing me to register complaint #bsnl
