Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

Ramesh Parakkat (@kuttan337) reported from Agattēttara, KeralaReliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

Wherever available there 4G working fine.

ARITRA (@Aritra_Argha) reported@SidharthKourav Using the both in West Bengal - Kolkata location --- vi is quiet good here - No data limit --- stable but slow as compared to Jio/airtel . BSNL is good for calling or a number which you want OTP only and for calls sometime.

NITESH (@Nitesh805181) reported@Erishuuu We have only 3 options now yaar. Jio, Airtel and vi.. Network of Bsnl is not as good as these three. That's why we can't do anything. TRAI is sleeping in the corner, they doing nothing.
