    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    @BSNLCorporate @haryanabsnl Now I can understand why the people are not choosing BSNL and moving to private network providers. It is been 4-5 days post porting number to bsnl and there is no signal in City (Ghaziabad). Customer care services are not working and do not have info.

    @BSNL_KOTD @TRAI It's pathetic that from last 2days I want to port my BSNL number to other network...But UPC code is not coming for unknown reasons best known by BSNL.....So please help me in sending my UPC CODE..

    @w_karve Yes more competition is a must to break duopoly in India but at no time we should allow government to mess with telecom again. Let bsnl and vi go bankrupt. Make spectrum free for new players based on service guarantee

    Vodafone you are under losses and losing your customer continue because of worst quality network services compare to any other operator even worst than BSNL in Bilariyaganj 276121 @VodafoneIdeaIN @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @VodafoneGroup

    All telecom service provider are looting their customers except BSNL by not providing Annual plan at minimum rates where customers want to have calling facility only and no data. Why? All user should oppose. Hope GOI will take care @DepTelecom

    BSNL to handle MTNL mobile operations from September 1. Poor staff strength, underutilized infrastructure, such as cell towers and wire networks, and depleting connections amid heavy market competition had hindered MTNL operations in Mumbai, like in other metros .

    @BSNLCorporate Customer did not call isd number. Still she is charged. Bsnl persons are misusing and blaming the customer. That is why now bsnl is running in loss due to this irresponsible persons
