    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @BSNL_GJ We have a big issue regarding network of bsnl mobile in our area from last 3 months, we will needs to go with other providers because of this type of service... It's starting from Dapada Silvassa to border of DNH union territory... Including Khanvel, Mandoni and Shindoni

    @BSNLCorporate FTTH connection 0160 2920264 lying defective since 23.03.22. Your service contractor not able to resolve in 3 days. Your BSNL care contacted, in minutes received message complaint is resolved. All fraud. All are colluding to fail organisation & shoo away customer

    Getting "No Internet" on my Bhart Fiber BSNL wifi connection. This happens everyday and the service provider is not even responding to phone calls or text messages. So, I want to remove the connection @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_RJ @AmritMahotsav @BSNLCorporate JTO Buhana Say Rs. 3500 Per connection required extra by cash before conn. after you deposited 6x3500 rs cash we give conn. BSNL take rs 3500 per conn. so BSNL add this amount on Bill, I already Reach BSNL Raj GM (Vigilance) about this problem but no solution

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL sim is suddenly stop receiving signal while I am here at Siaha Mizoram and I can't make any transaction here.please restore my sim or instruct Siaha telephone exchange to reissue me the sim as my sim is of North.again sharing my number detail by DM.

    @ecpuneetsharmao @DoT_India "Faridabad Sanchar haat is non functional. For change of sim customer may visit nearest MTNL point of sale/sanchar haat located in nearby area/Delhi , as MTNL and BSNL system is not integrated. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."
