@YusufDFI Lack of automation, burdening staff salaries are white elephants of public sector. If not for consolidation, either tax payers have to bear the brunt or end up like bsnl or air India due to poor performance.

@TechDekhoji I don't know but jio is not good at all no proper response from their team and all if I say that my internet is not working today they take 3-4 days to fix that and on other side vi and Airtel fix everything within an hour including BSNL too sometimes

BSNL is giving only mobile voice service,no data service as they are not equipped with 4G services, yet they offer data services claiming cheap and better offer than others. How long they will deprive the people who trust govt. entity till now.

@ca_manisha @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia True, No need to fight. In service industry, retaining the customer is key to growth, sadly the companies do not understand n take the customer for granted. Here service of BSNL FTTH is good. Relying on it majorly.

@BSNLCorporate @pgm_pune_bsnl I am having Bsnl connection from more than 25 years 02026697422 with broadband, not working from last 15 days and nor any solution,either for optic fibre nor the old one. Franchise person are not responding and also Bsnl staff not giving solution
