    @BSNLCorporate any change in plan or any service requests requires the customer to go to BSNL office and submit the application. Seriously? In this Pandemic times, are you encouraging customers to risk it by traveling to your office? What is the self care portal for then?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia greetings airtel. This is haris from edakkara. In my village we had few neworks Vi and BSNL but both of them having very poor network strength and we are about 1000+ families suffering badly. we would like to have giagatic AIRTEL sevice in our area

    @ramanvk819 Infact I was one of the first BSNL broadband customers when they had launched the service and for that time frame of 2000-2013 it served the purpose well. When we had moved to Pune, we had got the landline in a decent time

    @BSNLCorporate When it will be completed that is the question asked don't fool the customer with cheap reply here. I have asked for a timeline so mention that do your work properly. @CMDBSNL dear sir that's the reason for fall of bsnl irreplaceable staff. @DoT_India refund still not provided.
