@BhaiJagtap1 BSNL only made incoming free in India baki toh inko Rs.10 ka recharge lane me 2010 laga bahut saare circle me. There was no such sms/call cutter voucher till 2010. Almost every marginal user is private firm user. Aur haan inka customer care ka behaviour toh sab jaante h.

@ViCustomerCare Today, you have completed 49 days without doing anything. If you have to rank @ViCustomerCare service then it will come bottom of the all service providers. Even BSNL has better response over to their customers but #Vi is worst. Executives only know to call and harass customer.

@BSNL_AS Yes it was resolved after a hassle of 6 days. Why is it so difficult for a simple complaint to be addressed. This is simply abusing the monopoly u have in the area and harassing the consumer. The day i get a different option I will quit BSNL
