from their sub-division offices which are almost 40 km away from our area. As a PSU, BSNL could easily have been our most trusted service provider. But they only care about the urban areas. The govt too is feeding the overfed urban areas, rural areas like ours starve. Plz help🙏🏽

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have paid my bills on time. Well, I have not even mentioned my phone number, how did you people check the bill payment ? BSNL internet is still down in my whole apartment. Very sad to get this kind of resolution after a #PoorSerivce !!

@BSNLCorporate BSNL should take care of about their network ,I am using BSNL since longtime ,have totally unsatisfied about service,very poor internet connection in Kolkata,Bihar,Jharkhand and where ever I go.Either this is totally waste of money and patience too.

@AshwiniVaishnaw I doubt whether I live in the world of 5G or Digital India because there is no network for BSNL in my area for the last 3 days and sometimes it goes off for 15 days also. There is only network provider that is BSNL though it only provides 2G or rarely 3G.
