    only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

    I have already raised complaint on BSNL SELFCARE app, but it got automatically resolved without providing me any resolution. I have also sent email on a complaint portal, but still didn’t get any response. Please look into this on priority.

    @bsnl_care Since many days, there is mobile network outage. The BSNL customer care is not registering complaint, it straightaway transfers to feedback. So, kindly register my complaint and give a complaint number. And restore the mobile network immediately.

    @BSNLCorporate hi. I had recharged on 27th Aug for bsnl prepaid no. Still it’s not reflecting in the account till today. The phone app is not allowing to register a complaint as well. Please help asap.

BSNL has highest & largest coverage .BSNL survived through congress but was reduced to garbage by BJP in a decade in favor of pvt.     @insaneani_ Hmm, they might have got the factories of parsi brands which got shut down recently. Like Jio used BSNL they are going to use amul co-op logistics & raw materials for sure. They are not known to create their own supply chain.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Still issue not solved, but messages is coming, complaint resolved. How bsnl resolving complaint with solve the problem. Really bsnl services are amazing. Like this reason lot of people going away from bsnl.
