    @BSNLCorporate BSNL is again down in balco korba Chhattisgarh, all work from home and students are suffering from this poor service of bsnl fiber in this area. Continuously 8 days bsnl is giving the worst ever service in this region. I request you to improve this region. Thank U

    @CMDBSNL It is important to submit that years back my BSNL No.9450636500 was first blocked by the customer care and then an online FIR was required to issue a Clone SIM. The applicant cannot retrieve his submission to make an online FIR for lost article.

    @TRAI sir kindly try to improve the connectivity and network of bsnl in patratu,ramgarh,jharkhand. Bsnl network quality is too poor. Nobody is resolving our concern. Each and every time customer care tells us "plz call after sometime system is not working". Very casual attitude.

    @BSNL_AS TRAI guideline says I need not ask for rebate rather BSNL should honestly give rebate if their service was really of no quality or was affected.Its a matter of shame that instead you all are harassing subscriber forcing them running oillar to post and doing your job. Better quit
