  @BSNLCorporate I have done a recharge from bsnl official website of rs. 107 STV on no. 9473951198 and made a payment using paytm gateway. Unfortunately the amount got debited from my account but recharge was not done, please help!!!

  @MobiKwik i did a vodafone reacharge it was not done when i complained support chat bot just gave transaction id and showed successful same with bsnl recharg. Better to go on parent company site.

  @BSNL_PB my landline no is 0183-2990224 & I have made the payment of Rs 1537 on 21-12-22 to VPA bsnl.billdesk@hdfcbank(UPI Ref No 235567372997). M still receiving msg that I haven't paid the bill. On top of that the customer care executives are so rude & disconnecting the phone
