But Sunce 26th June, 2021 till now, i.e. 27t June, 2021 @ 5.30PM, when we are writing you this Grievance, There is no Mobile Data Network. It is causing a Great inconveniences. Please Look into.     I have requested for a new bsnl broadband connection on 1st of june. But today after 27 days when i called customer care , they are asking me to go to bsnl office to solve the issue at this covid time.

    I have opted For BSNL FTTH Broadband. On 4th of June It *** installed. I faced some issues like net down but for a very small time. Iverall my experience was good. But day before yesterday(25 June) at around 1 am at Night my Net was Down.

    @BSNL_GJ i lodge complaint for non working of my broadband connection. Without resolving the issue I receive message that my complaint is resolved. BSNL going from Bad to Worse to….it’s anybody’s guess now.

    @CMDBSNL BSNL should be ashamed of their services and carelessness. Hope soon @nsitharaman will move ahead for your privatisation, that is the only way to increase your efficiency and profitability.rather than sitting on our taxpayers money. No one wants BSNL horrible service .

    @BSNL_GJ Bharat Fiber: 0265-2961999 ONT red lamp since 3 Pm 27.06.2021 hence no internet. Self care not taking complaint due to technical issue at BSNL self care portal. Same is the case with 18003451504 Please register complaint and resolve on urgent basis.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl service is very poor every time. Today I’ve recharged 397 plan through their official website payment also done through Paytm UpI. Amount deducted but still recharged doesn’t happened. Receipt Number - 512106271879814. Please do the needful.
