    @BSNLCorporate My internet is down since 21st of August 2022, worked only for 3 days after initial setup, lodged several complaints to customer service and in BSNL exchange Dhampur, no one is responding on it, but complaints are marked resolved in 2hours each time. Help!!

    @netplusofficial I have already migrated to BSNL. Moreover, I have also filed a consumer complaint for not resolving the complaint in a time bound manner. Total of 10-15 days of services were lost over last 3 months. I had written to backed team but no resolution has been provided till date.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Despite complaining many times the internet issue is still there. My broadband is not working. Someone from bsnl contact me to waive off my bill. I cannot pay my bill if there is no internet. This is customer harassment. Worst service.

    @BSNL_OR From 1 year this issue has been going on. God knows when u replace the battery. Question is without battery how BSNL is serving us? And eating our recharge money? Will u clarify? @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_RJ Dear Sir, I need BSNL fibre broadband connection at my home located in Jobner Pincode 303328. but the local vendor is giving too much high rate for new connections around Rs. 6000. Service provider name is Adarsh computer phulera.
