  @BSNLCorporate No signal/data on @BSNLCorporate in NCR (Faridabad ). Support says BSNL & Dolphin networks clash and nothing can be done. ​Network conflict is your internal technical failure—as paying customers, WE can't do anything about it! Stop blame-shifting and fix the network!

Currently, BSNL does not have an online facility for eSIM porting, and the service is available through the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (CSC) only.   @BSNLCorporate But I don't think the answer should be to eventually say: "We tried. BSNL couldn't compete. Let's shut it down." Telecom isn't just another industry. It is critical national infrastructure. I don't think India should reach a point where virtually all of its telecom infrastructure is controlled by private companies. 3/9

  @BSNLCorporate What’s the point of getting a BSNL SIM when there is no network coverage in the villages? You people have practically destroyed BSNL just to benefit private telecom companies.

  @saysatheesh Typical DMK response!! Whoever is ruling - State or Centre, Govt can never be good in any business management. Take UPA era (even DMK was a partner). How many PSUs lost & closed? HMT, HAL, ITI BSNL - all of them failed when they were exposed to competition from private sector. TASMAC in TN is another example for bad customer service. Air India is another example. Privatising airports maintenance (you are not selling it) & collecting taxes is the best option. BLR, HYD also suffered initially because of AAI (not BJP time!). Later, they were privatised - by UPA... Now you see the difference...

  @JioCare I have made complaint from last 4 years but steps taken. The worst network of india. Even BSNL doing good. I have taken alternate sim of VI. And the location is ncr. Not out of India.
