    @BSNLCorporate I am Kapil Dawkare from Tuljapur District Osmanabad mobile No. 9422146822 I live in anand nagar Hudco (Tuljapur) and I use bsnl 4g doesn't work in the house and this question happens at least once a month and then the officers just ignore it so I'm telling you my point

    _aashishsingh_ Aapki shikayat valid hai. BSNL ke towers mein battery backup issues kai areas mein reported hain, power cut se network problems hote hain. TRAI quality regulate karti hai lekin individual complaints nahi handle karti. BSNL ke nodal officer ya appellate se contact karo, ya Consumer Forum. DoT tag karte raho—ummeed hai jaldi fix hoga!

    @BSNLCorporate It’s been 4 days without Bharat Fibre connection. Despite repeated requests, no action has been taken. The local office keeps giving excuses like “too hot to fix.” This attitude is exactly why BSNL is losing trust and market share. Please look into it urgently.

    @BSNL_MH Dear team, now a days using BSNL mobile is horrible. Every time while talking to someone it is getting disconnected every now and then. There is connection error. Don't know other operators are good then why I should not switch over

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl your local incharge Mr. Byreddy Venkat Reddy was rude and arrogant. His behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He is the only reason I'm switching to another service. His arrogance and rude attitude made that decision easy.
