Today after 93 days our BSNL landline was restored. Thankyou @BSNL_JK for such a fast service. Note - in the meantime we already have shifted to another service provider.

Why are we paying for services you do not provide #bsnlindia #bsnl Maharastra #bsnlpune Your customer service numbers go unanswered, you don’t fix a landline for over 1 year despite repeated complaints and you continue to charge monthly service charges.
