    @BSNLCorporate Hello sir good morning and I am facing broadband network issues since last week and I calling the bsnl exchange office and there is no resolve in my connection and how can I work if the network is disconnecting frequently so kindly help out

    @sandeep_PT BSNL is an example of how a telecom company MUST NOT operate. Now when it never did anything properly should have something to blame upon. Because BSNL is so dumb to understand what caused its fall.

    @sandeep_PT BSNL would eat up all the investment. Theft,fraud, nepotism, wages,bonus, overtime, transport, conveyance and lots of allowances and perks for non performing reservation appointed workers highly unionised, for no work. There's no work culture, service motive amongst PSU employees

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate don't see any update on the issue. Still no network here, how will one ensure to use BSNL network over other network connections if the issues are not resolved in short timelines!!

    @sandeep_PT Actually you have it wrong, It's the apathy,careless attitude & 3rd rated service by BSNL made others flourish, typical gov. employees attitude that ruined them and they are solely responsible for it ! Think about it when companies who buy from you are successful why aren't you ?

    @sandeep_PT Yes everytime my BSNL broadband was down, use to go to BSNL office submit paper application requesting them to restore connection. Then they will send person after 3days. Now using Airtel broadband, they come in hours whenever I have any Issue. This is not an isolated example.
