    @BSNLCorporate The BSNL number 9564057460 is facing very slow internet service. Inspite of several complaints, no steps have as yet been taken to increase the speed of internet in this area.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw The BSNL is not existing at all in NOIDA and Ghaziabad. I have tried all the other players - only LIP service they provide. I am staying at 18 th floor at Eldeco Amantran Society in Sector 119, Noida. Only hope is BSNL. Seek your intervention.

    @BSNL_KTK I was happy that BSNL did what the private players were not able to do. Giving a fibre optic connection. The internet was activated in a jiffy but still struggling to get the voice activated. Not for long, but for the past 30+ hrs. Need help to activate phone Please.

    @BSNL_RJ I applied online also but he said I am not providing at your home because too much far and your house at weird location . And his behaviour is too bad for one connection is ok but near my house one more connection so for 2 connection he declined if bsnl not able to provide fiber

    @BSNL_BR @PMOIndia @DoT_India I am really struggling with getting home broadband connection from BSNL. We do not have any other broadband services here. We have poor cellular connectivity as well. Village areas should also be properly setup with better internet service.

    India’s worst network BSNL internet service it’s is your waste of money, it’s very sad to say it’s a govt network. Point is I raised complaint for internet slow, no one contact me and issue not resolved yet but complaint has been closed and now I have no inter net tooo

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mp_circle If Vendor & Bsnl officer are able to help me that's why i tweeted my concern on twitter. Please change my plan to FIBRE BASIC @449 per month & my bsnl number is 07601299050 . For such small things #bsnlcustomer needs to suffer

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @BSNLMH_Nashik it says BSNL has launched air fiber in 2020... When is it expected to available in Nashik? I couldn't even switch my existing number to Bharat fiber... Saying i need to buy new number and new connection due to some technical issues.

    @BSNLCorporate Week 3 : No response from BSNL , not even reaching out with assurance to repair the home line (which also includes fixed internet). Such apathy to customer sentiments. Shame on India’s incumbent operator on providing zero service for their customers. No landline for 3 weeks!
