  MTNL / BSNL and their lethargic approach towards customer and stick those papers in every Govt. Dept. which is public facing. Im really frustrated with kind of service provided by such depts.Who unless touched by TCS (passport) or infosys (IT filing) does not care. Shameless!

  @dp_satish @ACTFibernet Fortunately we also had a BSNL connection, not that that was any great shakes. Airtel toh dont even ask. Now Jio connectivity is also going from bad to worse. They're all the same, no consistency in connectivity ir service.

  Request higher ups notice for revival if possible and permanent solution.Else it will not affect bsnl much losing one more customer -at least the treatment shows such. Local staff not picking calls and giving misleading answers .

  @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT did BSNL bill payment ₹777..amount debited from Mobikwik wallet..but neither appearing in Mobikwik wallet History nor bill get paid..pls HELP refund..₹777 magically lost,made DM n Call too..i'm on custcare phone line for 20 minutes,it got disconnected.

  @BSNLCorporate most of the people of our hyderabadis are intended to use bsnl,but facing problems with low network coverage area.please install much cell towers to help with your services..there are almost 5000 Bsnl portables happening in hyderabad

  Bsnl network in Muhammad pur Mau district is so unrealisable that it's only available during the night. That too with poor coverage, please look into it. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPEast @AshwiniVaishnaw
