  @Alex18806959 Dear Customer, Greetings of the day!  To activate the VoLTE service, type 'ACTVOLTE' in a text message and send it to 53733. Once you do that, it might take up to 24 hours for the service to activate. Regards, BSNL-Care(Sonu)

  @JustCuriousMate You are mixing two things. Airtel, Jio support is also bad, as bad as BSNL. We just have online payments and do not have to stand in queue and do not feel the pain, which BSNL also now supports. Monopoly is the big evil, independent of whether Govt or Private.
