    No option available to give complaint and no one listen about their customers in BSNL. I want my bills copy of previous month, not available. Stop sending hardcopy without reason and now only BSNL bills available on WhatsApp. @JM_Scindia seeking support.

    @BSNL_KTK Bsnl network and internet in AP is very good in which I got 50 mbps but in karnataka I never got more than 20 mbps internet speed. You should compare how bsnl network in AP is advanced but bsnl network in karnataka is still in legacy mode.

    BSNL Fiber is a masterclass in how NOT to run a service. Can’t download the bill, website crashes, customer care says "can't generate". Then why am I paying? @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw please fix this embarrassing state of basic services.

    @TelecomTalk Exactly BSNL stopped issuing New sim & duplicate,I approached BSNL office on Dec 1st for MNP Process, they told server issue on that day 6 days gone still they can't able to start the MNP process ,now they'r saying Application is under development.Customers r getting frustrated

    @TelecomTalk @bsnl_care I have brought brand new BSNL sim for testing purpose care to explain why i have to ask you guys to Activate my volte when it should be active by default, even upon registering my complaint through customer service and through BSNL app I have got no solution .

    @BSNL_KTK Went to bsnl office to port from Jio to bsnl but prson saying srvr down from 1week and they are not issuing sim cards in Vidyaranyapura Blr & Sahakarnagar Blr. Server down from 1week How will customers port to bsnl with this type of service even before porting

    @sumitsaurabh BSNL was stop from lunching 4g for year,jio was allowed to give free service for a year violating fair business rule, vodafone was killed using retrospective tax yes government is inocent Ambani create jio from thin air

    @SajjanarVC Good start, @SajjanarVC garu. I request you to kindly implement this kind of strict activity during peak hours as well—especially in the areas of Osmangunj, MGBS, Gowliguda Chaman, and BSNL. Issues like illegal parking, blocked footpaths, footpaths occupied with shop materials, and transport shops doing loading/unloading on the road with lorries and DCM vehicles are causing serious inconvenience to the public. Strict monitoring and enforcement during busy hours will ensure smooth traffic flow and safer movement for pedestrians.
