    Dear @TRAI @BSNLCorporate However, same complaint raised many times via Bsnlselfcare app but every time, no network signal complaint disposed-off with no solution. It seems BSNL itself is forcing the BSNL customer to port their SIM Card into another one..

    @bsnl_care Thers no point in giving docket number First clearly state that why call divert services has been permanently disabled by BSNL It's not getting activated from settings, customer care or a visit to CSC

    @BSNLCorporate No network from the last 4 days ..bsnl sim can't even be used as a secondary sim for getting otp..it's worthless..never ever take a bsnl sim even for free ..

    @bsnl_care Why is bsnl living in 2009 still? A minor issue that can be solved by experts at back end needs a written complaint filed !!! @JM_Scindia Sir, you are pulling strings to bring BSNL together & here the loophole is present in organisation structure itself! No one knows what to do
