    @EntertainersAce I missed the launch of Tower of Fantasy cause of then, i have to waste hours in queue in tof cause the last time I reach the end of the queue, the ******* internet would die for no ******* reason, like FFS just let me play tower of fantasy, BSNL. It annoys the crap out of me

    @BSNLCorporate I was really disappointed by bsnl service ragarding that i complained so many times, then i submitted application for my disconnection around one month ago but they didnt disconnected it, moreover they just stopped the internet servise with a excuse that i didnt paid my bill

    @Arvindchhimpa3 @BSNL_RJ @PMOIndia Sir, BSNL sim is not swapped in other Circle,BSNL sim is swapped in same Circle, which in reside Circle but Other operator sim is swapped, not issue in other operator, don't justice for BSNL customers.

    @BSNL_CHTD I'm using 499 plan. In that bsnl tunes is free for 90 days. My last recharge was also 499 plan only. Bsnl tunes was worked fine till last recharge. Now its not working. I got msg 42/month and free BT not activating.

    @ishafoundation BSNL is a ****** service provider, even I faced huge bill many years ago and cancelled the connection immediately, I was devastated at that time.

    Big Thanks to @narendramodi @PMOIndia Mantra given to BSNL by @AshwiniVaishnaw at Villivakkam, Chennai. Now we have to be with our customers. Customer is the king. Whatever problems customers face, they should become our problem, and solve them immediately. Focus on customer.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate ,@cgm_mh_bsnl I've been trying to disconnect my BSNL fibre connection for one month. No support from customer care, not a smooth process to disconnect the connection. From now on I won't pay the bill so at least that way you'll disconnect it.
