From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

This being a govt unit would have suffered the same lethargy that PSUs did till early 2000s and would have probably been a cash dump like BSNL.

Hotspot is a hardware transmitter that comes along with the mobile. Airtel Jio BSNL need not have to provide the same speed when you rebroadcast/ use it for another device. (Thread🔻)
