Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

It's been 3 days #BSNL customers are facing bandwidth issue. Either there is no connectivity or wherever it's gets connected (by luck) there is no bandwidth. No one is here to solve the issue. If the @DoT_India is seeking to sale @BSNLCorporate then clear it ASAP @jagograhakjago
