From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

V. Sudarshan (@sudarshanindia) reported@kp_speaks05 Vodafone will not cut prices. However, their new networks claim to have less congestion. That is not yet proven. I ported out of Vodafone a while ago as the service was poor. BSNL has a very long way to go in order to be in a position to provide the desired service levels.

For last 2 years regularly in every 3 months I'm following up with BSNL the response that I'm getting from them is still network is not sorted (1/2)

The nearest bsnl tower is 2.5-3 km away so indoors just 2g, as private operators raising price it's a good chance to capture market. Please either setup new tower & use the existing ones to provide 4g service.
