    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

    Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    BSNL have reduced the validity of Rs 107 prepaid mobile plan from 22 days to 20 days & Rs 197 prepaid mobile plan from 42 days to 35 days If this continues then nobody will opt for BSNL. To too before availablity of proper 4G network

    @NewsAlgebraIND Nirmala ji dont play victim role here, if UPA govt played a role by not supporting BSNL, then NDA also played tactic role by not letting it evolve. So that Mr Ambani's Jio sim can be in profit. Offering water to dead person is not known as support, it is so cold publicity.

    @AbhisheksBer @Bhuvan_RJ46 Majority places, ofcourse not everywhere. Power outage issues I have been facing from 2022, complained the nearest BSNL exchange a hundred times, not only by me but many locals too. No action.

    You must have read the news that BSNL has increased its customer base from 8.86 crore to 9.28 crore from March, 2024 to December, 2025. BSNL is adding new towers and upgrading infrastructure. Now watch Finance Minister @nsitharaman explain how BSNL which was destroyed by UPA Govt is getting revived by Modi Govt.

    @mid_day Both BSNL & MTNL are now stopping copper lines & their linemen telling, rather forcing people to buy their sub standard fiber internet connections. Local cable network fiber internet is much more efficient in MMRDA area than these 2 companies & cheaper too.
