    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

    Since 18 years i have been enjoying pretty good broadband services provided by State owned @BSNLCorporate, but for the last 48 hours we have been facing issues where the bsnl employees are not responding. @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI bsnl restricting generation of upc code using PORT <10 digit phone number>. There is no way to reach customer care as well as IVR systems are broken. Need some help here to get the code.

    And we say BSNL is in loss.. Why Not? people pay for service. I have been a user of Airtel for past 7 years with very less complaint and always propmpt response. Using bsnl bcs no other operator available and seriously waiting for other vendors to start, All we want is service
