From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

They need these new users to actually stay & recharge the ₹2,399 plan later if they want to fix the numbers. 5G in Andhra is still 5 to 6 months away.
