From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Govt will become owner of the company with 80% holdings and thereafter can be merged with BSNL. Ask all sarkari banks to write off its loans as much as possible and then tight the screws of the management to work it efficiently.
