@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate @_DigitalIndia @DoT_India BSNL SIM has plan but how to check the data usage. BSNL app is not able to show usage and USSD Code is expired. What service the BSNL is providing? There is no proper user interface. Try to use app self first then launch it.

Is this the professionalism that is expected from you? You are now stooping to the level of @BSNLCorporate which is the worst service in the country. If this is the state then there is no difference between bsnl and you. And i was really expecting good things from airtel.
