@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

"Sick" BSNL gets infusion of 1.6 lakh crores. Meanwhile, most villages of Upper Kumaon, Upper Garhwal, and High Himachal have no cellphone connectivity/landline connectivity. Guess who provides such villages with cell towers? The much maligned Jio network.

Jio pays taxes, and provides connectivity to these far flung villages whenever possible, a task that's not theirs but of BSNL. BSNL fails in its own job, and the govt uses taxes (your, mine and that of Jio) to support BSNL.

@bhanda_deepak @akhileshsharma1 BSNL was first to get 3G license with Eight Months room to be ahead of private players. Money was allocated for setting up the network at much higher value than pvt. Babus worked overtime to bring in Chinese. No one else quoted. Chinese picked all zones. Then wrecked rules.

@BSNLCorporate Please let know immediately how much to pay the vendor for my bsnl fiber connection. The vendor is asking to return his modem if I dont pay Rs 4000. Should I return his modem and terminate my broadband fiber connection. Please reply urgently

BSNL will not only have to improve its efficiency, service quality and acquire enough users to build sufficient scale and volume. And this doesn’t take into account increased competition from players like Jio, Airtel and newer players if any. Let's see how this pans out.

@Ravisutanjani BSNL was my first number and I still use it. I think it makes sense. The type of reach they have, if they b come competitive enough the customers will get better service

@AshwiniVaishnaw Hi Sir, We Po-Talmul,Dist-Angul,pin-759040, Odisha use BSNL Broadband in bank,offices & IT fields. But most of d time we find d service is down.We hve complained to d concerned officials several times a day.But they don't listen to us.Plz help us to fix d issue.

Other day I was talking about BSNL's service.I am now in Gr Noida & there is no mobile network.This s d service our National Mobile provider is providing.ha ha.will some one own the responsibility orGovt will simply be providing money to lift BSNL.Need to change to a pvt operator
