Shri P. K. Purwar @CDMBSNL since last evening, I am facing issue with mobile internet connectivity in New C G Road, Chandkheda area, Ahmedabad Circle, Gujarat. I do WFH via BSNL. The issue becomes quite frequent since last few months. Please look into the matter.

My problem persist and no resolution for days and sometimes weeks also and problem doesn't fix and your team resolves my issue. @BSNLCorporate this is what I don't pay for and fooling customers on a regular basis is the ideology of bsnl I guess.

@CMDBSNL Waiting since 10 am in the morning at RT Nagar BSNL office to surrender my connection. No sign of the JE or other staff till 10.30. Watchman asks me to come back at 11. I knew BSNL was in a bad state but didn’t know it was this pathetic.

@BSNL_JK we are facing bsnl network issue. IF govt is providing fuel for tower generators, why tower workers not using it .Customers are facing a big loss coz all internet pack becomes useless @BSNLCorporate @RisingKashmir
