    @blenmenezes sir there was Media STR optical fiber cable cut between Karkala- Moodbidri and Belamnnu-karkala on 10.01.2023 so the whole BSNL network was down including mobile and FTTH, it has been restored and working presently.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate BSNL staffs are bunch of lazy oldies. They are very casual. Seems they are doing a big favour by serving their customer. 130594379872,130594443562 these are my complaint numbers. For which they casually said I have to wait for 2 days. Worst ever service

    @BSNLCorporate I was asking for the confirmation from 6th January, and you are replying on 11th Jan. Seriously salute to BSNL. That's the reason why no body trust BSNL. I don't have any other option otherwise i will never opted BSNL fiber. Thank you for the harrasment

    @BSNLCorporate you guys are delaying 4g launch and jio has 5g in my area! I think it's time to port. Goodbye to bsnl mobile network now i will port to jio or airtel.
