    @BSNL_PB My Fibre connection is down since 2 days. Customer support says payment pending. I have paid all dues, but again paid Bill through BSNL epay (Pinaacle) but bill not updated. Same issue i faced last month also..net was down for 3 days. What to do?

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir good morning. BSNL doesn't allow any voice call to banks with Plan Rs1499 unlike other service provider . This is unfair and not informed in there catalogue. I request for your intervention to resolve this justified issue. Regards.

    @stufflistings I guess BSNL offers cheapest plans although they aren't much beneficial. Anyways, that's a good move when all the big telecom companies have hiked their plans. Although BSNL is notoriously known for its poor network, I am sure the financially weak section will praise this move.👏

    @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl A poor service by BSNL in Manmad (MH) -423104. as soon as electricity goes the service goes off. The BSNL officials are saying the upper management do not listen to them and cannot provide generator
