    @bsnl_care is @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate even reading customer posts about their problem or you guys just copy pasting? your tower guy told me that there is power backup issue so try to change the old battery instead of copy pasting your customer service is as bad as your network #BSNL 😡

    Ppl - DON'T TAKE #BSNL connection. It won't work properly. It has lots of issues - Unstable 4G, call forwarding doesn't work in #BSNL, Call to cust care doesn't work. If we raise comp, @BSNLCorporate fellows close it w/o rectifying the prob. They just want salary w/o hard work.💦

    @BSNLCorporate Worst experience, booking ID APP20260417834033, got reply that BSNL FTTH network is not available l . But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject
