    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @BSNLCorporate @MobiKwik I recharged ₹10 for my BSNL prepaid number 88*****375 through MobiKwik, but I have not received the talk value. The payment is still showing “Awaiting confirmation from BSNL.” Order ID: BSE1396613523 Kindly resolve this issue or process a refund.

    R/sir, repeated fault at BSNL IT Circle of four states at Chinchwad near KSB chowk, crucial services are hampered, around Rs.5 lac Diesel was burnt in 7 days to run the services,urgely requested to look into the matter to resolve the problem permently. @MSEDCL_PZ
