    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    bank of India Bankhedi lease line from Hoshangabad SSA(MP) LINK down from 4 days. Branch is isolated. No no official is responding calls msg and sharing a timeline to restore the issue.Branch had only BSNL link. Due the connectivity issue customers misbehaved with BANK Official

    @santhosh7681 Who said so?? BSNL has voice only plans, go and grab them. You want to avail services of a private company but want them at your whims and fancies. It doesn't work that way

    @BSNL_BIHAR Worst experience, booking ID APP20260417834033, got reply that BSNL FTTH network is not available l . But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    Right now I'm again in pimple gurav post office (411061). They don't have a proper internet connection due to the BSNL network issue. What are they working on if there's no internet connection ? @IndiaPostOffice @IPPBOnline @rashtrapatibhvn

    @Hiten_joshi1987 @premkumarcbn01 Never justify haramkhori by govt servants. U R paying their salary. In pvt sector 1 must deposit the phone in locker. Let important calls come on postmaster's landline bsnl phone. He will call the employee & put another in his place temporarily so that citizens are not troubled.

    Feels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it . Please resolve this issue immediately.

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate 4G/VoLTE is still dead in Shamshabad despite filing complaint on April 6 (Docket: D063132844343). 12 days have passed with ZERO resolution. Only HSPA+ working . Please fix this immediately or escalate to higher authorities! ❌📡 #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I'm Unable to log in to BSNL app or web portal it says my number is invalid.Customer care number not working,after language selection,the call disconnects.I just want to speak to a customer care agent on call.Please arrange a callback or share a working number.Num Shared in Dm

    @SanTah24 I have the same problem with all networks! There is a problem with the routing in my city, so no matter which service I take, like Jio, BSNL, or RailWare, I will face the same problem with all of them.
