    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @BSNLCorporate using bsnl for over 15 years. But for two days "not registered on network " is haunting. No mobile connectivity. No mobile Internet here at Mumbai. Please suggest. Should I migrate?

    @bsnl_care I am go to exchange office of bsnl ambala cantt he tell me your number is going to ns24 factor and currently we not activated your sim at this time kindly wait for 90 days it will be automatically goes to urs previous telecom oprater than u purchased this number pls help me
