BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@IMukta12 @firstpost Voda and bsnl uses their own towers but here private company will use atate owned network for electricity distribution. Sarkar ne bass beech me ek dalal rakh dia h ✅ This will cost you not state owned electricity department. What about poor farmers who won’t get cheap ele?

but Government office & things work slow” When asked about supervisor to file a complaint she said he has gone on lunch(at 3PM). Pls give speak to such frustrated employees as they degrade company rapport #BSNL can work better if Employees don’t take their job for granted

@BSNLCorporate No you guys not doing your best, private companies having far better service then bsnl. I have just bsnl as an option in my area. Even in last 7 years @narendramodi did any work on BSNL, service they are getting worst day by day. @AshwiniVaishnaw
