BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@bsnl_tt First implement Proper 3G service in Hyderabad then think about rest rural areas. Belive me i'm unable to transfer money using BSNL network. wrost network and wrost sim card ever.

@BSNL_KTK Landline is dead from almost 15 days. No response from ur team after registering complaint. It happens every month. Keeping Bsnl as a first contact for the business is the big mistake we do. RIP Bsnl. One day BSNL will become history.
