    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @RishiJoeSanu There is a unique reason Privatizations will never happen at scale in India. You are classified as anti-reservation or throwing a particular community out. BSNL staff has been reduced from 180,000 to below 60,000 - a trend being seen in many PSUs but they will not be privatized.

    @TRAI @bsnl_care Contacted BSNL customer care multiple times Raised a complaint (Complaint No: E052146276270) Re-KYC has already been completed successfully Outgoing services are working normally UPC generation is still blocked Same error persists even after complaint closure

    @bsnl_care We sent a message to port our BSNL connection to another network, but we have not received any response. Consequently, we tried calling Customer Care, but they are not answering either. We require a response as soon as possible, and we absolutely demand a resolution to this issue
