    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    Not able to send PORT message from my BSNL number. Other messages delivered. Customer care asked to recharge 147 !? I didnt know y, but recharged it. I already have free plan. Yet No success to PORT message.Custmer care ask to try later again and again @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate

    @raghav4india Really? Telephone department became BSNL. Today I get a year's free calls plus data in what was my bi-monthly bill in 2001. Air tickets cost 4000-6000 in 1990s; they still cost the same. The public including me has benefited. Is that a problem?

    @BSNLCorporate There is no network on my bsnl prepaid sim since throughout the day. I almost restated my device for 10 times but there is not a single bar.

    @BSNLCorporate My fibre connection no is 0291-2944694 BB speed is very poor, and always having speed related problems,not happy from bsnl customer service.

    @BSNLCorporate hello sir I m facing internet issue last yr .many time I complain BSNL office .but they say intrnt is working or I visit Ur location Nd see what issue .but they don't came Nd no prblm reslove.I0764000344 this latest complain no. Plz do something.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate Please check the Inbox. I have Given you the Details about 3 Months ago, But No action has Been Taken from your side. I have also visited the BSNL office but they behave so rudely. So I returned home and at last I just changed my network provider.
