  BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

So after paying the full amt on 7th sep I am lurching in space to get the update on the issue and delivery of S1

  @BSNL_BR They don't respond nor give any clarification very bad and poor service from bsnl this company is their and it should stopped working for not solving customer issues and this company should be handover to private sector

  @BSNLCorporate October 2022 full month no connection working. Many complaints sent your local office. You took only charges without service. I will make official legal notice thru court in coming days. Your BSNL only collect charges. Why i will pay charges without network connection?@BSNL_CHTD
