    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @BSNLEmployees Ok. Got it. Surely I meant all employees but the issue highlighted here is to be sorted by BSNL employees and government. The corruption surely start in higher echelons but if lower employees left for their dignity government would have been held accountable.

    @dxace21 Which part of India are you from? See if the indoor coverage is poor, the user experience still feels broken. That is where improvement is needed hope Vi is looking into it. how is airtel, jio and bsnl when it comes to indoor coverage.??

    @bsnl_care As expected, same response again โ€” without addressing the actual issue of my entire village. Received this message: โ€œDear customer, your docket has been closed. Docket Number: D2011139005704 โ€“ BSNL Call Centre.โ€ Closing complaints is easy, solving them is what matters.

    I want to publicly raise an issue regarding BSNL. I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4โ€“5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like โ€œpayment will be done this month or next month,โ€ but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @BSNL_UPW
