  BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

  @BSNLCorporate Dear sir Port caf submitted successfully on 11 Feb 2023, port from Airtel to BSNL. Still Airtel is on and bsnl having no signal. Cc saying this number has been running with us since last year. How is it possible ? Please check with my mobile number

  @BSNL_OR my telephone no 0674-2352370 bhubaneswar is down from last 6 days. online complain registered but no use. Cpln again registered online today. How BSNL employees are working without attending complain and remove complain from system.Matter be looked.@AshwiniVaishnaw

  @BSNLCorporate The cheque was not deposited and after that we went to local BSNL ( Kandukur) and Dist head quarters ( ongole) office multiple times. But, no one helped to resolve the issue or to give new cheque. We tried many ways but no luck, hence finally reaching social media.

  @saysatheesh @CAChirag 1) To gain pvt sector Govt will clear obstacle's.. closed air india.. 2) BSNL to get connection, repair etc.. need to give bribe and get worst service.. 3) Highly paid employees are Govt employees with less work (but not all sectors).

  @ROBOTNINJA68 @TRAI Sorry for inconvenience caused to you. Speed improved by much extent but at night it may get speed fluctuation due to heavy traffic. Bandwidth upgradation from back end is continuously in progress for further improvement in speed. Stay with BSNL. You are our esteemed Customer.

  @itsshubh_2001 @utsavtechie #vi is almost dead network. In any short time, it’s not going to provide any service like volte, Vowifi, esim, free caller tunes, MCA & finally 5G. #vi it’s just a network 2G. Even BSNL has good 3G.
