    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @vimallively @TimesNow @thenewshour Why is Mr 'Me desh nahi bikhne dunga' selling our country. Why is BSNL lagging behind?? To benefit whom?? Why is BPCL being sold ?? Again to benefit whom?? Incapability to manage or to help cronies?? Did you not see honble PM himself endorsing Private Sector??

    BSNL has connected remote areas of the entire country, which are not profitable in terms of trade, where the population is less, such areas are connected to the network with responsibility. Even today the networks of private companies in such areas do not work.

    @BSNLCorporate One of the worst support of BSNL. This Twitter account of BSNL didn't resolve the issue after DM the concerned number and location. Further informed me to go local BSNL office. Why are you working here?

    @Gen_Chohan @w_karve If I know correctly, it is PSUs which need compensation at the expense of tax payers. With respect to service quality data speaks better Look at BSNL era vs post telecom liberation era.
