BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@Paytm Paytm care does not care. I have made a recharge of Rs 2399 on my jio number and the recharge has been redirected to BSNL number. Since last two days I have raised the complain but no resolution and response recd. Order id: 14764102163
