Out of 30 days of my monthly plan of bsnl fiber I only able to use 20 days of it, rest of the days went with no internet issues. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

@reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

My village is trying for the availability of bsnl fiber for three months, but the people of bsnl are asking for ₹ 20000 for 2km cable, since when has this rule been made that now the fiber cable cost has to be paid to the customer? @AshwiniVaishnaw sir help

@BSNLCorporate One of the major problems with BSNL is you dont attend to complaints (not that others are any better) - that can be a differentiator. In my LL, there is permanent buzz that comes disturbs the call quality. So many complaints, but never rectified.

@BSNLCorporate I have contacted the local officer of BSNl Office Khairabad U.P. ...They said broadband wires has been disconnected/ruptured at my location during the construction of Azamgarh-Mau highway...Please investigate on this and fix the issue as soon as possible...After this experience
