@reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

Out of 30 days of my monthly plan of bsnl fiber I only able to use 20 days of it, rest of the days went with no internet issues. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

Can anyone improve BSNL service. @BSNLCorporate . No staff is available in bethoda ponda exchange and its always closed. Its a industrial area and service is too bad. No backup system in place for exchange for last 3 years. @BSNLCorporate @goacm

@im100rya @sambhav2202 @unraveaero Long ago I went to bsnl office for new connection. Sat in front of babu. He didn't even look up, was doing paper work. So I waited. After 20 mins he got a call, replied to the caller "haan abhi aya", simply got up and went out. Zero customer orientation.

@unraveaero Not a fan of bsnl. But jio is good at sales currently. Service is very average.

@BSNLCorporate I ported into bsnl bihar from jio bihar. Gave Rs.249 in the Bsnl office for porting and FRC. Now 2 days have passed, network is showing but no frc done and i am not able to make any call or sms. Neither i can call customer care. MY NUMBER IS 9122522161

@BSNLCorporate My BSNL Fibre Number is 06853291013..I have paid Rs.6000 for installation..I was on 599 plan but i was getring slow speed so online i increased my plan to BSNL 100 mbps plan.But its really pathetic that i am getting only 20 mbps max.

@ViCustomerCare And I would like to request the entire countrymen, wherever I do not have a network, please go to BSNL by doing 4G because it is India's own and it is also cheap.
