    Out of 30 days of my monthly plan of bsnl fiber I only able to use 20 days of it, rest of the days went with no internet issues. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

    @jaganmsna @Vivek_Investor BSNL launched 4G services in Sep 2025 meanwhile other private players were already on 5G service. Due to this BSNL lost its customer base to JIO & Airtel, clearly JIO was the biggest beneficiary. And now BSNL improving its network to be used by JIO, again benefit to JIO.

Jio has indeed used BSNL infrastructure since its 2016 launch via roaming pacts, contributing to BSNL's financial strains (e.g., unbilled fees leading to reported losses of Rs 1,757 crore). However, BSNL's broader decline involves competition, management issues, and policy factors. This partnership could intensify pressure on Airtel and Vi.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlc BSNL network in Indore is not stable, sometimes it switches to 4G automatically and sometimes 3G comes on, I have complained many times but there is no improvement. How can BSNL support you in such a situation?
