    Out of 30 days of my monthly plan of bsnl fiber I only able to use 20 days of it, rest of the days went with no internet issues. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL Fibre internet service is not available since 04.02.2023 in Yamunanagar, Nigdi , Pune 411044. Nobody is responding on the BSNL complaint number. Please resolve the problem urgently.

    @BSNLCorporate They don't pick the call, can you please call them now and ask when the media fault will be resolved, coz entire bsnl services are down and they are not in the office as well

    @Akash10j @hellfire_81 @smita1900 Telecoms equipment is not like one individual piece of equipment, it has NOC, Billing etc etc, therefore its called Vendor-Lock-In changing vendor is like re-laying whole network afresh So replacement needs roadmap, for now BSNL can only replace faulty equipment or (1/2)

    @Jitendr40710455 Dear Subscriber, BSNL network was interrupted due to multiple cut and critical fault on 28th January 2023 and restored on 30th January. We are monitoring to avoid OFC Cut and to restore quickly.
