@BSNLCorporate I am sick and tired of writing mails to BSNL Gurgaon for fixing my broadband to normal service from safe custody. 4 days zero response … laid back attitude and no responsibility . Every single request with BSNL results in a nightmare as a consumer.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN LCO identified the prblm and informed the cost Rs.1100 to solve the issue. LCO told nobody from bsnl officials spoken to him yet. If ready to pay, he will fix the issue.

BSNL customer service is like Internet explorer. Complain 1 time and forget, It’ll never be solved. If you call Bsnl executive they will disconnect your call. Praying for Digital India mission @BSNLCorporate @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare Service Request Number SR00001CD39A, 21 july 2022 , 12.10pm. still no one came from jio fiber to resolve problem.even BSNL don't take that much time. Worst service by @reliancejio
