I watched the video. The allegation sounds serious, but this so-called “exposé” seems to present only half the story. A few facts that expose the contradiction: • BPCL’s Bargarh plant wasn’t “shut down” — it was commissioned in FY 2025–26 as an integrated 1G + 2G biorefinery. • Capacity: 100 KL/day each for 1G and 2G ethanol. • 1G production began: 6 Oct 2025 • 2G production began: 19 Mar 2026 • The facility has already produced 707 KL of 1G + 76 KL of 2G ethanol. • The 1G plant is operational and undergoing stabilisation after minor pending work. Commissioning/stabilisation ≠ deliberately making a PSU plant non-operational. • 2G ethanol is new, complex technology. It requires an entire ecosystem around paddy-straw collection, feedstock logistics, chemicals, processing and technology stabilisation. • The creator’s logic appears to be: “Government plant not yet at full commercial stability = deliberately shut down to benefit private players.” That conclusion simply doesn’t follow. • India needs huge ethanol volumes for E20. Developing OMC-owned capacity and procuring ethanol from multiple producers are not mutually exclusive. • Buying ethanol from private producers isn’t proof of a “scam”. The evidence required is that government plants were deliberately sabotaged or kept shut to favour them. • Bargarh actually points in the opposite direction: BPCL invested, commissioned the facility and started producing ethanol itself. Calling it the next “BSNL story” makes for a dramatic video. But rhetoric is not evidence. If you're going to allege a scam, present the full facts, not just the half that suits the narrative.

The Judge keeps saying, 'cant hold the city to ransom'! What is this unnecessary exaggeration? Who is held to ransom by peaceful protests? If anything, it is the right to peaceful protest which has been held to ransom in name of law and order! We were at Jantar Mantar today participating in a peaceful protest by women's groups. There was another protest going on by BSNL workers. And another demanding implementation of Article 244A. All peacefull and amid heavy rains. No one was held to ransom and nobody was inconvenienced. The protests remained confined to that one narrow stretch of road which anyway remains closed to traffic. How is that causing problems to anyone? Jantar Mantar is in the heart of the city, stone's throw away from Parliament and that is why it must remain a protest site. Already it is very difficult to get the attention of those in power, once the protestors are thrown to outskirts of city, the silencing of protests will be complete. It must also be known that the right to protest is already very strictly regulated and protests are highly surveilled. There is always heavy police presence and most protests remain small and manageable in scope. If a protest becomes unruly, the administration is more to be blamed which doesn't engage or act till patience runs out. Almost as if it waits for violence to happen and till then ignores genuine gruevances. The same happened in case of recent student protests. If we actually had too much democracy, the Judge would be questioning the administration for not letting peaceful protests happen by imposing unnecessary restrictions. But we expect too much!

5–6 days without BSNL network. Visited the BSNL Sanchar Haat,Karol bagh no solution, no clarity, and apparently no one bothered. Now @BSNLCorporate responds with a generic “please share details.” How many days does it take to restore a basic telecom service? Please act.
