    @BSNLCorporate Yesterday there was no network in BSNL and today, the internet is not running.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR plz fix ur network related problem in Nawada Bihar, as I am regularly facing issues like Internet connectivity and slow data speed. Sometimes network goes off for about an hour. I contacted Bsnl customer care but no one pays heed to it. Fix it ASAP.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Hi team, I want to deactivate BSNL landline service(0326-2950284) as I am moving out of town. I have been to 3 nearest BSNL offices in Dhanbad-826001, Jharkhand but none of them considering my request and making me run from one office to other.

    I am a BSNL user from past 4 years , and I am facing very difficulty due to very low speed internet in my area . My work stuck , Range of network always in between 0.1 KB TO 80.0 KB Which is not sufficient. So I request @BSNLCorporate to look into this matter and solve it .

    @BSNL_OR @AshwiniVaishnaw while BSNL is providing fibrenet to panchayat office bental near my home it is not providing fibrenet service to my home which is only 500 metre near panchayat office saying there is no service to bental, bhadrak will I ever get fibrenet connection ?

    । am really shocked today, I never thought I would see this day. 2 BSNL personnels turned up at my home and wheir requesting to take broadband and phone. I remember how much i had struggled to get a phone at my home 2 decades ago, with help of my dad's connection. Time..…..

    @BSNLCorporate I'm requesting the details to reach out to the appellate authority Maharashtra division due to irresponsible behaviour of BSNL officials and TIPs. Reasons can be found in previous complaints over the same platform. Multiple tweets are sent for the same issue

    @mryalamanchi funny thing here. every time my bsnl internet goes down, I wait for 5 mins and then dial a POC in the local office. it has become such a routine that the moment he sees it's me, he tells me the issue and time to sort it out without me asking.
