    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR plz fix ur network related problem in Nawada Bihar, as I am regularly facing issues like Internet connectivity and slow data speed. Sometimes network goes off for about an hour. I contacted Bsnl customer care but no one pays heed to it. Fix it ASAP.

    Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.     Citizen's Appeal: BSNL services are non-existent at ground level in Bagahi (Bairiya GP, Navinagar, Aurangabad). We request the @BSNLCorporate team to check the antenna tilt or deploy a repeater. 500+ residents need this basic service now. Pls RT to reach the right desk! #BSNL

    My biggest mistake was porting my BSNL SIM to Airtel Postpaid. The network quality in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is unbelievably poor. Constant call drops, weak signal, and slow internet. Really disappointed. @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Please help me @JioCare to port 9462556215

    @mehtapurvi264 For metro cities Airtel is good but other places it doesn't work properly, Jio is good everywhere but bsnl use is very limited it seems

    @BSNLCorporate @CGM_WB_BSNL Skypro IFTV has not been working for 7 days. I am using the BSNL Fiber Silver Jubilee plan, but now no one from BSNL or Skypro is helping. BSNL's service is very bad. Please solve this urgently, otherwise, I will have to switch my fiber to another ISP.
